@@Xlogie10 i would not recommend to do it too long, especially not when it is a hot shower. lukewarm showers are good in my opinion, because they are warm enough to get rid of much of the dirt and oils, but not hot enough to dry out your skin. you will get a sense of how long it works for you, i would recommend like 30 seconds if you have very dry skin, otherwise you can do it like a minute :)

I had really bad acne all my teenage years which has left me with quite a few scars, I managed finally control my acne during mastering how to look after my skin during my final years college, getting good sleep, going gym regular, having a good diet. My skin was the best it had been in years, and I though I had gotten over. But as soon as a started working I started getting severe acne again, probably because I was working, I ate a lot more sugary foods, lack of sleep, increased stress, lack of exercise, this created even more scars which I'm still insecure about. I literally was depressed about this for so long, I have managed to get my acne under control again, but now trying to tackle the issue of scars. Best advice is have a positive attitude, say to yourself, we can only improve. I can relate to you so much man, millions of people deal with acne, and people can be cruel, keep doing what you do bro!

I reached out to him through his email: Alohaherbalhome@gmail.com and followed the instructions given on how to use the Herbal Medication. So many need to see what’s real and positive in people, not compare yourself to unrealistic instas and all of the made up, retouched, photoshopped super fake ! Anyway...getting the sweat off your skin is so important, i don’t think people realize. Let’s be real guys have it pretty easy, it’s not like you have the female routine. I’m just speaking for myself, blow drying my hair to a decent style is at least 15-20 mins! Lol 100% agree with the top 10, I’ve also been a huge advocate for changing pillowcases, sheets and towels. Pillowcases and towels a few times a week especially in the bad breakout times. Personal hygiene: I’m not talking about deodorant, soap etc, I’m talking washing your clothes properly, never wearing the shirt your wore to the gym or was sweating in the next day. Thoughts, anyone? Thank you!!!

Brian, I think you're doing a great job helping a lot of young people with acne. Everyone has to deal with their acne in their own way. Providing that they have the funds to do so, I strongly recommend seeing a good dermatologist. Concerning your self-esteem, acne can really do a "good" job of messing that up...IF you let it. When I see someone with a severe case of acne (but I rarely do...they're probably hiding from people, like I did), as I had as a young person, I always try to treat them with friendly respect, but not to over do it, because I know what pain they might be going through. Yes, I've been there, and it can hurt internally...especially if you're ridiculed by a family member (a brother!). I don't wish acne on any young person, but I personally think that it looks fine...nothing to be ashamed of! Masculine, for a male. Keep up the good work, Brian. Your skin looks fine, both today and even when you had severe acne. You're doing great!

You're doing great, Brian. I too know what it means and feels like to have severe acne...but I made it, regardless of how long it took. You're a true inspiration to all the young people who are suffering with acne. You're a blessing to them. Also, I've seen very few young men who have the physique that you have...but you worked hard for it, and Brian, you deserve it and look great!! Best wishes for the future. P. S. I'm a college teacher (math), and if you haven't already done so, I hope that you pursue a college education. It would be a great challenge for you, and you would be an inspiration to the young students.

I would like to add a very important point which is masturbation ... Masturbation is not a direct cause of acne but acne is inflammation in the end. Masturbation makes your body generally weak, including your immune system, so it will reduce inflammation resistance in general, especially acne Zinc, vitamin A and omega-3 are the most important elements that reduce acne and masturbation consumes these substances very much because it is an important element in the sperm that you throw continuously Finally, I would like to thank you brother Brian for helping me a lot to solve this chronic problem but I read a lot about it and discovered several things that help to get rid of this lesion Stop masturbation = strong body, strong immunity and tremendous strength Add to it the tips mentioned by Brian, especially abstain entirely from artificial sugar completely Believe me sugar is a major cause of inflammation and certainly all these things will inevitably help you get rid of acne Thank you and apologize for the lengthening and bad English.

i fixed my acne with probiotics, and having a skin care routine. i try and wash my skin and moisturize every day. i exfoliate 1-2 a week. I still get a little bit of acne but i stopped taking probiotics because i ran out. also sometimes i don't stay on top of my routine. the only problem i have is probably scars and dark marks

Hey so every one who is currently going true acne and specially have a zit that is messing with you and your confidence. I just want to share what this channel have helped me sooo today( the day I wrote this is a Saturday) I had a couple little bumps as usual but I had a big big pimple in my forehead since Monday and it eventually got bigger I was really self conscious and scare to go to school and the worst day (Friday) I decide to go makeup free, bitch, let me tell you that I was really really scare I couldn’t stop thinking about it in the bus before getting to school I realized that my friends didn’t commented about it even do they noticed it I came back home knowing that it didn’t matter how I look my best friends and the people ho are important for me love me and support me for ho i am and that the only one ho is constantly thinking on how you look IS YOU. Keep on being the best side of you and everything will get better ❤️💕🌸

I somehow only realized today that my addiction to the internet at all times (especially KZread) is super super distracting from the healthy fulfilled lifestyle I actually want to live.. and I have a feeling that this addiction is what gets in the way of most young people wanting to get really healthy

Hey bro question for ya, everything in this video resonated with me. The one that stood out for me is the product for hair. I use a tiny bit of pomade/wax in my hair style and don't really plan on stopping anytime soon. I've been dealing with what I think is cystic acne and seems to mainly be on my cheeks/ forehead. Wonder if I should just wear less wax, or wash it out before bed things like that? Basically whatever I can do to help without totally halting the usage.

As someone who has also battled with cystic acne, I'd like to share some anecdotal tips :) Eliminate vegetable oils, screw those. Add daily spirulina. Eat a daily combo of sauerkraut, turmeric, Black pepper and quality fish oil. Now, any good omega 3 tab is fine considering veganism and sauerkraut can be subbed for any good fermented microbiome booster. I found Astaxanthin quite good aswell, especially if on Acne medication. Hope it helps everyone

"The claim that spirulina is a good dietary source of vitamin B12 for vegans appears to be nothing but a myth. While spirulina does contain a high amount of pseudovitamin B12, your body won't be able to use it the same way it uses real vitamin B12 because this B12-like analogue is biologically inactive in humans." I was just going to post that spirulina is NOT a good thing for vegans but I thought I should probably just copy the information verbatim. Spirulina blocks the uptake of real B12 with virtually undecipherably similar, pseudo-B12. Being processed by the same receptors that uptake B12 means if you supplement actual B12 too, the supplement might not be taken up by those receptors, meaning it gets flushed straight through the body. This is dangerous because you might think you're getting twice as much of a vital vitamin when you're actually processing none of it. I'd recommend taking spirulina in the morning and supplementing B12 in the night to reduce the likelihood of the receptors being blocked, if you are using it mainly as a treatment of acne. Otherwise, I would just stick with fortified foods or supplements.
