I just got a fireteam and did all this stuff 😁 great explanation and references. I changed all diff fluids and put on metal hubs and RPM A-arms before even powering it up. Put 200k in front and 500k in center and rear. Mine has ebrake for rear otherwise i would have gone 1 million in center. Just ordered a bunch of upgrades 😁 metal diff cases and diffs with hardened steel gears. GPM shock mounts, metal upper front a-arm rear mount and all metal mounts for center bracket along with metal center mounts. Awesome truck 😁 i have dumped a ton of $ in this thing 🤯🤣 radiomaster MT12 and expresslrs receiver. Stock radio sucked 🤣🤯 basher skins just arrived 😁 also got rollbar for roof and wheelie bar and bumper 😁 been a fun build. Can't wait to bash and repair 🤣

B Should have taken the spacers off in the front upper and lower CA’s. Keeps the axel from coming out under extreme driving.

Hey Mate. I've had a Kraton 6S V5, and just recently, I locked the center diff with Silicone. It made a huge difference on handling and power and the ballooning of the front wheels almost stopped entirely. I just bought some of those Silicone earplugs, they are the perfect viscosity for the job and it took one to fill the diff. Hope that's helpful. 😁

How is it holding up? No drive shafts bending/snapping and no other breakages?

I just tried that and destroyed my rear diff. One of the side gears and it's pin broke into pieces. I'm now running 60k fluid in the front 30k in the rear and 500k in the centre. Got those numbers from someone on YT. EastTactics maybe?

I'm so impatient 🙄 I'm watching the video going I hope he takes it out for a rip. I've got some diff work to get done myself. I think I am going to open my rear diff. The washer/spacer to rebuild the diffs like 12 bucks so I got it ready to go.

No criticism of you but us guys who've been at it 30+ years dont even look at the number on our wrenches, we just look at the tip and know which is which. Id imagine MIP knows if youre buying these, youre fairly involved in the sport, know what youre doing and save a few dollars that they pass onto us by not etching them.

Please do not put a hole in the face of your tire if you want to vent them do so on the back on the wheel so you can tape it shut when you go to run in water/mud or dirt. Having them fill with stuff over time will eat the foams in them and make them unbalanced leading to a lot of vibration and bearing/drive train wear.

FYI my brand new DBoots have holes in the faces out of the package. I'd have thought the same thing but since manufacturer vents them like this I do too. My tires usually get destroyed before the foams wear out.

The holes in the tire allow water and trash to get slung out.
