Leaving an abusive relationship is such a difficult thing to do because you fall in love with the potential and justify their behavior because you have seen them at their best, unfortunately their best side is only a form of manipulation to stay in control of you.

I applaud all of these celebrities for publicly calling out their exes. It takes a great deal of courage, and I'm disgusted that everyone has apparently forgotten about Chris Brown brutally assaulting Rihanna.

It’s disappointing but not surprising that Chris didn't get the Ike Turner and Phil Spector treatment. Ike will always be known as being in Ike and Tina and also abusing her during her 16-year marriage while Phil is known for producing major acts, marrying Ronnie Spector, and killing Lana Clarkson.

Chris still hit her. It was obvious from Rihanna’s bruised face. It seems like you’re a domestic abuser apologist. It doesn't matter who hit who, someone got hurt from the incident and traumatized by the event while another got arrested for the incident.

Seriously think Melissa Beneoit should be on this list- she gave so so SO many domestic violence victims to leave and in sharing her own experience with her ex-husband & providing the story of her wake up call moment (which was by her best friend sitting her down at their house + drilling reality in that it ends now) so her bestie broke the spell the abuser concocted thank god- so much darkness behind the Glee cast the total opposite of what it provided the fans; phenomenal representation of every minority which 15 years ago was almost non-existent ESPECIALLY that even being present from the pilot, thank the lord that’s changing & becoming less of a rarity🙌🏻 but honestly Melissa Beneoit deserves her flowers for this😡

I think this list shows a chronological bias. it includes movies from the Disney animated musical and Pixar era, but it fails to include movie musicals (except a few so-so titles and "Over the Rainbow" I think the people at MOJO need to go and watch "Cabaret" "Singing in the Rain" "Westside Story" "The Sound of Music" "The King and I", etc. etc. etc...
