▶Julius Randle is an American professional basketball player for the New York Knicks of the National Basketball Association. In his only season of college basketball with the Kentucky Wildcats, he was named a third-team All-American. He was drafted by the Los Angeles Lakers in the first round of the 2014 NBA draft with the seventh overall pick. In his regular-season debut, Randle broke his right leg and missed the remainder of his rookie season. After four years with the Lakers, he signed with the New Orleans Pelicans. He averaged a career-high 21.4 points per game in 2018-19, his only season with the Pelicans, before reaching a deal to join the Knicks. In his second season with the Knicks, Randle made his first All-Star Game.

Not to be that cool KZread guy but I've known Julius since high shcool... he actually trained at my gym for one off season. He was a really good kid and amazing athlete.... the only thing we ever worried about when it came to him was his weight..... he was the type of guy who could easily balloon and get over weight. Thank God he found the trainer or whoever it was when he got to New Orleans and transformed his body and made it a lifestyle change. It shows how his nutrition and extra work ethic in the gym has put him on the level he should be at. I think he's finally "arrived" and I can't wait to keep cheering him on!

Don't make it seem that all Black athletes have white wives or girlfriends because it is not true. Many Black athletes live in the white world in college and those girls are smart enough to assess who will be famous/rich and set their sights for them. Love has little to do with it and that's what's sad.
