If you are heading on out to Vienna or Budapest you may as well stop by down in Bratislava and give it a shot.

Have been to Bratislava once already but i am going back there very soon. Beside just visiting Bratislava, you will only be 1 hour away with public transport to explore Vienna as well. And (for me at least) its much cheaper to book a flight ticket to Vienna than to Bratislava and just taking a bus(I would advice Slovak Lines, free wifi, express and clean). The final stop will be at Nivy bus station which is right under a shopping mall.

The man at work is a statue located in the center of two pedestrian streets in the town center. Laurinska and Panska streets.

This could as well be an instagram post. In fact it would be better without annoying music

Some dishes are these: Bryndzové halušky (sheep's cheese gnocchi) Kapustnica (cabbage soup) Goulash. Bryndzové pirohy (potato dumplings) Bratislavský rožok (poppyseed pastry) Smažený syr (fried cheese) Slovenske palacinky (Slovakian pancakes)

I think you need for sure a tourist visa and a plain ticket and you are ready to go.
