@@atvena mxpx started as skate punk in 93. At the end of 90s they went pop punk, "responsibility/mtv". Furthermore, every skate, surf,, and snowboarding clips had mxpx. Offspring had a grunge like sound at first, then they went skate punk. In the early days, the drums, bass and rhythm tended to have that alternative feel. No one went to the park and skateboarded with them. The stoner kids loved them when they first came out . Chech this out, This guy makes a good case. @@atvena I think it can cross into it , just like the video I sent you with how pop punk and skate are closely related. We just remember the grunge had tied with the stoner and heroine. I remember Sam goodie had Dino jr under alternative while there rivals had them under grunge.

My favorite song of all time by Offspring was The Kids Aren't Alright that song had the catchiest intro ever but I could not stop playing that song everyday

I've been in a tribute band to The Offspring for years, and I can confirm that the fingers positions in this video are 95% the exact ones that The Offspring play! It took me years to figure out some of them (like the Gone Away pre-verse riff I've re-learned like 5 times in different positions)... and you seem to have nailed them in a breeze, that's impressive! Only thing I'd say is on Million Miles Away, Noodles uses a capo on 2nd fret to play the main riff; it's a lot easier that way! Otherwise, amazing job!
