Any fight involving Mechagodzilla or any Kaiju requires some serious outside-the-box thinking.
An honorable mention would be destroying Madison Square Garden in Godzilla 1998. If the main characters didn't do that, all the baby Godzillas' would be crawling around New York City.

love in the other shin movies it's implied after godzilla in dialogue got moved to antartica to stay frozen after the events of shin godzilla as i loved the way he was taken out in it/minus,kiryu saga & the original(the oxygen destroyer existing in monsterverse does make me wonder if an equivalent to destroyah will appear with how it's inevitable ghidorah will return.).
Smartest decision is when Godzilla went on all 4s vs Kong that was awesome and never seen before Godzilla a savage also Godzilla 2000s villian who at first wasnt hostile and a covering as an asteroid was smart
Number one is see godzilla and then leave the city, if you enter the city in a car and see godzilla get back in your car and drive back

1998 Godzilla, it was pretty smart to trick Zilla into getting tangled in the Brooklyn Bridge

I dont think that Oxygen Destroyer was the wisest seeing as how it created Godzilla's greatest enemy.
Hedorah is not an alien. It was created by Earth based pollution. And, as with others in this section, you missed on Godzilla: Minus One. But maybe you didn't use it because it is new and there are those who have yet to see it thus you didn't want to spoil that.
That’s why and this is my own personal opinion I would have to say Kiryu is the most powerful version of Mechagodzilla he is only very that has succeeded in defeating Godzilla at least twice.
