Sky levels are already fun on their own, but the propeller mushroom and the cloud flower make them twice as fun.

Not only are sky levels fun, but the athletic theme that's plays within the sky levels are always a nice, happy joy to hear while platforming.

Without Super Mario Bros, we wouldn't have fun.

I’m loving this series Nico!

Nice picks! I'd have to think about this one, but Bowser in the Sky, Fluffy Bluff, Cloudy Court, Gusty Garden (don't know if it counts) and Rainbow Ride would all be in my top 10. As for New Super Mario levels, I'm not sure. World 7-1 from NSMBW does seem like my favorite of those, but for the others, I'd have to replay them. Maybe Lakitu! Lakitu! Lakitu! I think SMW might have some good ones, but I don't remember any at the moment. SMB3 had some, but I haven't played them in a while. Maybe that one with the spinning platforms and Flame Chomps that could very well be a symptom of heart attacks. Also, I'm sure there's something from 3D World I'd pick. For 3D Land, maybe S7-4 and S8-Crown if they count, as they're tough and fun levels.

I was hoping for a list like this after you did the Air Ship list. I can't wait to see the list. I already know my fav and it's from Galaxy hehe. 10. How do you move Mario and the platform at the same time? Seems a bit complicated, but I'd be willing to give it a shot. 9. OMG I love this item, so yeah this level was a lot of fun to play through. I really ought to replay this game again. It did come free when I got the 3DS (and how many consoles do that?). 8. I would have loved this level if it wasn't for the fact that is has a FLIPPIN' SHORT TIME LIMIT!!! I hate that! 7. As a pre-teen, I could never get past the 2nd level due to the tiny screen straining my eyes and the controls felt weird for me. So yeah it's why it wasn't until the 3DS came about that I played another Gameboy console. Anyway I probably would have liked this level. 6. Yep! There's my fav Sky level hehe. I love this one! It was so much fun to explore and provided some fun challenges. 5. I really don't like rotating block challenges so I don't think I'd enjoy this level, but it's fine if you love it. 4. I can tell you right now that the last area you mentioned with the sky bubbles would probably be my fav, that concept is genius hehe. 3. Oi, yeah I hated Rainbow Ride too and yeah I totally love that final boss level. Nice to know someone else besides me didn't like Rainbow Ride. 2. I enjoyed this lvl except for that last part you mentioned, I HATE chase scenes oi! 1. That power up is fun so between the 2 MG2 levels, I would pick this one but Gusty Gardens will always be my fav. Darn shame the sky level in Odyssey wasn't all that great. I am curious if you have any other ideas left for Mario Worlds lol.

World Star-4 would be slightly more ridiculous if the level began as a 100-second speed run level but after the flagpole flies away, the level is filled with time clocks.

I totally understand your feeling about Rainbow Ride. Mario's moveset in SM64 isn't made for precise platforming, yet that is what Rainbow Ride features.

Oh my god, I was a bit annoyed that Nico put gusty garden in the list instead of the better galaxy, then I heard that music playing and was relieved that he put fluffy bluff on after all. BUT IT WASNT FLUFFY BLUFF! It was cloudy court. AND THEN HE TRICKED ME AGAIN, by putting fluffy fluff at the top of the list. Thank you Nico!

I always liked the Forest Secret Area from Super Mario World. It’s not particularly difficult but it looks cool

If we were picking a level from NsmbDS, why not the Giant wiggler level, that was so cool the whole level was on a giant wiggler. Plus it Took place in the sky so it can be counted as a sky level. Why 7-2, the gimmick has already been done before, so I don’t know why it’s one here.

Gusty Garden has the best Mario Galaxy song in the game, the best Galaxy is definitely Toy Time Galaxy and there is truly no contest.
