Hey Jason, this one I don't mind the younger guys doing because there isn't huge resistance. Like we aren't lifting heavy weight or anything with these. The kids will like it because they get to do something different and play in a bucket of rice. Just keep an eye on them and ask them how they feel.

Love the exercises, love the video! Also, have you done a video about good exercises/diets for putting weight on the right way for a baseball player? I'm a catcher and have been trying to put on weight lately. I'm a solid defensive catcher, but need a more solid frame. Thanks!

Hey coach, I've been watching your videos for a long time now, and I was wondering if you could make a video where you would actually throw the three main pitches (fastball, change, and curve) off of the mound to a catcher. I think it'd really help a lot of us young pitchers be able to break down the movements of a pro. Thanks.

Still do the pitches because it works certain parts of the forearm. I usually do 10-20 of each depending on how I feel and 2-3 sets of that after a break.

hey, would you be interested in analysing pitching mechanic? like, I send you a video and you say your thoughts on your channel? I have a similar mechanic of Kershaw's because I like his and I feel great and I would like to know if the arm movement is alright, the hips move good and if I just need to work on strenght instead of mechanics.

I have alittle bit of a dilemma. I had a awful outing yesterday. My coach gave me the start on the mound and everything went well until It was bases loaded. And then the clean up hitter hit a grand slam off me. Btw bases loaded was caused by my defense behind me afew bad ground ball blunders. And 1 walk by me. After that the next kid at bat flue out to the second baseman and then after that my slider ran in and hit the kid after that. And then my coach pulled me out. I really need some tips to approach my next start. I feel I lost all confidence in my pitching.

In baseball you MUST have a short memory. You have to do 3 things after a start. 1. analyze what you did good and what you did bad. 2. come up with a plan for before your next start on how you can fix any problems/get better and 3. forget about it
