thats the problem with beautiful small town cities... like san marcos texas... people love it, want to move to it, and then turn it into a big town city.
It’s a wonderful place to live which is why so many are coming. New Braunfels was conservative but there are some here pushing an agenda.

2:07 My exs sister moved to Austin from Mexico and did the same thing. She wasn’t even here 3 years before she started complaining about the people moving here.

Yep that's why I didn't move to San Marcos or New Braunfels or Fredericksburg, or Grass Valley or Nevada City CA, and hang my head in Palm Springs. I wound up here before it got too pricey. It's getting too crowded and I can't find another such a town.
Sad to see New Braunfels lose its German identity......
