Why was he heartbroken? He had an affair first and for like 8 years or more, she just finally saw and believe that he held absolutely no love for her in his heart so she found someone who did love her.

READ PLEASE - Today 1st of July 2022 would have been her 61st birthday... Newspapers have falsely claimed she was 60 today.. I'm 57 today, 1st July and she would have been 4 years older. She was born in 1961 and I can add up.. I miss her and what she did.. Best royal ever!!!

Me born 1st July 1965 and nicknamed a beatle by hospital staff. Rather hairy and the beatles was all the rage way back then!! Hairy on head now but silver due to age - and proud of mullett.. Really thick growing still.

I feel that Diana had some fantastic qualities and if the royal machine didn't swallow her up she would have made something of herself in humanitarian work. Unfortunately, Charles didn't get the woman he wanted, was forced to find someone and she fit the brief. She had struggles and was brought up in a modern way and he was brought up with a different history where having mistresses wasn't a social no-no. They were doomed from the beginning. It would have been very interesting to see what she would have gone on to do.

My grandmother's house though clean and tidy, hasn't changed much since the 80s and 90s, aside frome pictures of new great grandkids. On the end table tucked in the corner of her living room is a stack of magazines with Diana all over them, they've been there since before I was born. Just kinda neat..

I was 3 when she died… I remember it well though my parents would talk about her a lot, I would get confused though with her name being Diana.. I remember calling her the died lady.

She’s the reason why I started focusing on the British Royal with much love and adoration than Jackie and John F. Kennedy. Of course, I’ve shown intense admiration for the Queen, even I’m not British.

She left this earth way too soon and honestly we all know Prince Charles wasn’t “heart broken” when he was cheated on her as well, she seemed so broken with being in the royal family.

You forgot to mention her exposure for what she was. She knew what she was marrying into...and pretty much never joined Charles in the marital bed after William.
