I find it interesting how so many people who weren't even alive during her time (myself included) still look up to her and see a sort of maternal figure in her. Teenagers who didn't even know her still mourn her because she was such a genuinely beautiful person, and she did so much for others. It's so unfair, she was gone too soon.

She had a mysterious power about her. I’m an American, and was seven years old when she died, and it was (in my humble opinion) more of a world stand still than even 9/11. It’s hard to explain, but one could relate with her, look up to her, and just generally like her, without even knowing her, or understanding why. She will forever be missed.

Definitely seems like she caused a ripple effect in her son's. Meghan was treated so badly because she was unconventional. She was an actress and biracial. The media said all kinds of horrible things about her. No wonder Harry distanced himself from them. So that his wife didn't feel the same loneliness that his mother felt. Is a very brave thing to announce to the world you have to take a step back from everything you ever knew because protecting someone you love is more important. I feel like that alone is a huge testament to her as a mother.

She tried to do nothing of the sort. WHO are you talking about. Princess Diana was BORN ROYAL & could trace her lineage back to James I! This video is utter rubbish! Prcs Diaja was a VERY old fashion British girl. Honestly words fail me. She was TRICKED by 206 FORGED Documents & believed the Secret Svc & ALL her friends were conspiring against her otherwise she would never hv done that interview. She LOVED HMTQ & she BELIEVED 110% in the Monarchy, the Institutions & Tradition of thid Country, Althorpe, her Father & Brothers Country seat is still there - & het ELDEST Son will ONE DAY BE KING! This chnl is NOT HI to do with her - & frankly everything's on here is rubbish, including trying to link H & M through charity works - it is HRH Wm & C who do ENDLESS CHARITY & Humanitarian works, both M (& H) couldn't be bothered to - she, ACTUALLY help nobody but herself. (& ANYBODY who knows the UK will tell you her claims of "rac**m" are UTTERLY absurd, she was WELCOMED with huge amounts of goodwill & affection, she just never intended staying, she just wanted to rake that Title to LA to try to milk it to "be a star" - & become one of the "Elite" in the U.S! - get a clue! (You know see this stuff & it is such utter silliness, ppl hv NO clue about HRH Diana - & make it up as they go along, sorry! Surely NOBODY over age 14 believes the endless lies of MM - she has been proven over & over to be lying! Peace🙏🇬🇧

The only person Dianna loved was herself, and the idea of becoming a Princesses, She proved it herself. Said she was madly in love with her bodyguard was willing to run away with him and live in a cottage with him, despite him having a wife and two young children. Persecuted Gilbeys wife, she was so madly in love with him, Hewett was the love of her life but she dropped him when it suited her, and Hasn't Khan her rock, she visited Pakistan in order to visit his parents uninvited, with the object of getting them to convince Hasn't to marry her, he was clever enough to Dodge that bullet, then became Dodie Fayeds lover with the sole purpose of trying to make Hasnt jealous, despite knowing Dodie was engaged to be married and was due to marry in 6 weeks. ( talk about using people )No I'm afraid Dianna was not a very nice person,I certainly wouldn't want her as a friend. I'm not a saint, but my motto in life is " do as you would be done by" certainly don't use others for your own gain.

  • @outinsider

@@laurielovett8849 It's amazing how Diana is held to a higher standard than Prince Charles ever was regarding romantic relationships. I don't believe she was a saint, but I do believe she acted out due to Charles' wandering penis who wouldn't be leashed, and she cheated on him because he cheated on her emotionally and physically. Everyone acts like Charles is a victim of his position, and he is, but regardless, he should have talked openly about his struggles with her rather than treat her like an unwanted pet. At least Charles can vouch for himself. Diana cannot. I refuse to believe that Diana is at fault for how her marriage ended. It takes to to divorce as much as it takes two to marry. Charles being a victim of his position does not excuse him of the many ways he victimized Diana. So, I wish Charles apologists would stop with the she did/he did mentality. It hurts the cause more than it helps. Diana couldn't be a human being in inhumane circumstances. Charles is a human being in an inhumane profession who treated her inhumanely and never accounted for his role in his failed marriage. He just blamed Diana when he was sabotaging it himself and didn't want the responsibility because he's royal and can get away with it.

I had the privilege of growing up during these times. She was a model woman for all, not just a “royal”. Be it mothering, breaking down gender stereotypes and gender roles or her humanitarianism, she was groundbreaking and a class act all around. She’s literally the ONLY “royal” I’ve ever cared about, in general I’m against the whole idea of the monarchy, but she was a special gem, a Diamond in the rough for SURE, and she’s sorely missed. The obsession Americans have with the royal family (and it’s almost always Americans) boggles me, they’re humans, nothing more, nothing less, and nothing special - but again, she was a special human, period.

As an American, I never got the obsession. I think monarchies are archaic and useless. Some dude decided they were special a few centuries ago and now we have a monarchy we don't really need. Even though she passed when I was only about a year old, Diana was the only one I ever liked.

Americans have obsessions with all kinds of people. It's incredibly unhealthy but I believe it's our media. We are shown that all these stupid things about rich people like celebrities. I don't care what kind of salad the Kardashians eat but you bet your sweet ass it has millions of views. It's the weirdest thing. And all these people aspire to be like the celebrities. Royals are kind of the same and different. America doesn't have royals. So there's some kind of warped fantasy about it with Americans. I'm an American. My interest for the royals really only stems from following the history of the U.K. and their cultures. It's a very historically rich place and I've always been fascinated by it. I don't really care for the royals but more so the history. I find every country's culture and history cool though. I'm very into Britain's history, Japan's, and also Norway and Ireland. All interesting in so many ways. American history is littered with bad stuff that America pretends doesn't exist and so we don't teach our children about it.

I agree too! Remember the INCIDENT came out that Charles on his WEDDING NIGHT went over to his current wife's place...how messed up is that! So evil is the right word. First of all, they should have allowed Charles to marry the woman HE loved ( he did not care how she looked, he loved her, not Diana) Two wrongs don't make it right but I guess after awhile Diana said, forget it and played around too. Eating disorder, suicide thoughts, etc. They broke her!! They showed us who they were again right after Diana's death...they did not say anything about her kind or otherwise until the people started complaining Loudly!! My lord, what a dysfunctional bunch. And some people are true followers...I don't want my children supporting these kind of behaviors...King, Queen, or trash man! Users...

Too revealing, ill fitting and it leached the colour from her lovely complextion. It would have been more suited to a mature woman. The 'other' black dress, slashed and plunging more reflected a seasoned woman, but I too suspect that it was worn as a challenge.

Dianna couldn't hold a candle to Camilla, beauty is only skin deep, Camilla was far prettier than Dianna at the same age,and she had a kind heart unlike Dianna who was spiteful, Di slapped her dad across the face for having the audacity to marry a good woman like Raine, she threw Raine down the stairs at Althorp smashing her hip, she requested her governess to let her try on her new engagement ring, but when allowed she promptly threw it down a drain, again her dsds last dying wish was that his wife Raine be allowed to stay on in Althorp for a month after his funeral to have time to sort herself out,not a very demanding request, what did Di and that despicable brother of hers do? They ordered Raine to leave Althorp immediately her husband was buried, when she complied, using her own monagrammed suitcase and borrowing her late husbands one, they opened her cases transferred her belongings into black plastic sacks and threw them on the driveway, not a very nice way to treat anyone. Di was a street angel and house devil, you can be as nice as you lime to perfect strangers, particularly in her case for photo shoots but you only let yourself down when you treat family and loved ones like dirt, this is what Did specialised in

@@Sirena_belle you are kidding right. When the queen's mother gave birth she gave births to twins 1 was called Elizabeth the other twin was called Lillybet. Lillybet was crowned queen and married Prince Phillip both women have been in charge the twins their nanny wrote about it looking after the twins in a apartment near Hyde Park. Much will be reached soon. Also a British Intellenge document laid the order from the Queen re Diana accident. Do your research you will find it. Much more lies as well. When a coronation happens the oath to serve has to be done on Jacobs pillow it was stollen centuries ago by the Scots so they organised a duplicate of a fake scared pillow to be in used. She was not the Queen of England but the United kingdom...
