Saskatoon roads have become incredibly over crowded to the point of insanity due to crazed immigration policies. The cities schools are beyond bursting. The housing is probably the most inflated in the entire world given that there are far less high oaying jobs than in bigger cities and that's fine at 1.9% financing.....but try a 450k loan at 7%. It's literally undoable for 90 percent of the population. 2026 will see a huge percentage of saskatonians lose their homes. That's one thing but there's literally nowhere to go as rental units are far over priced and almost impossible to find. 2026 will be a very bad year for Saskatoon but all of Canada in general. There will be a whole lot of homeless working people.

@@Hyberlol saskatoon is the second most affordable major city in all of canada. Small town saskatchewan is still very affordable for an alternative. Interest rates are a challenge no doubt. Roads are more under construction than crowded it takes 15 minutes to get anywhere in saskatoon. Schools yes in many cases but they are still building schools. Saskatoon is in demand and growing which is a good thing, beautiful city
