sauvage is maybe the world's most hated fragrance but the reason for that is its also the world's most worn and loved fragrance. if 100 million people wear it there will be just as many people that hate it. But if no one wears a certain frag it may get 0 hate but also 0 lovers but it still = no hate

I'll preface this by saying I'm not a huge fan of Sauvage and never have/ever will own any of the range. That said if a frag is mass appealing and it's loved by millions then that doesn't mean it's overhyped, it just means that the masses enjoy it and Just because you don't like it doesn't make it overhyped. I'll throw in another controversial one as well, I'm no fan of Creed either but again, just because I don't like it and millions do doesn't mean it's overhyped, it just means I have a different opinion of it which is ok from both sides....

I hate Nautica Voyage, not because it’s a bad fragrance but because of the people it reminds me of, bad experiences and bad memories. I only see an average of 3.9 / 5 and a tiny bar chart / smiley which symbolises the hates. I could imagine the numbers of hates is very high, due to the fact it's very popular and common. Agreed. The scents are some of the best Alberto Morillas has produced (imo) but the prices are outrageous. However, if you’ve been following Jeremy’s channel since his sane days, you’ll know that he throws out crazy discount codes and has stated that his subscribers need not pay the full retail price. Even if you don’t follow Jeremy, a fragrance enthusiast will know where to look for codes for discounts. I bought Office, Date and Black Tie as a bundle for $275. The 100ml bottle of Office came out to be less than $60.

Years ago Kouros would have been my most hated, I despised it. Now I'm older, I kinda like it. I don't really have any hated male fragrances, certainly none of the top 10 here, although I've never tested Secretions so I can't really say there. The remaining 9 I don't dislike. I cannot stand Giorgio Beverly Hills, Anais Anais, Poison or Opium. Luckily I don't smell them often on the ladies anymore. If I had to pick a top 5 for men, these wouldn't be fragrances I hate, just ones I don't particularly like. 1. Amalfi Di Mandarino. 2. Aventus. 3. Bleu De Chanel. 4. Issey Miyake EDI. 5. Acqua Di Gio. I don't really dislike any of them, I just don't gravitate towards citrussy fragrances at all, and those 5 are the ones I smell on others most often. All much of a muchness for my nose. Fresh, inoffensive, clean, wearable by almost everyone, just not my style at all. I would wear all 5 so I clearly don't hate them, I just wouldn't buy any of them again. I prefer woody/spicy fragrances over the fougeres. Each to his own though, we're lucky to have so much choice nowadays, back in my teens there were very few, everyone wore Joop, Cool Water, Versace Blue Jeans, Fahrenheit, Aramis or Eternity. You'd be very, very lucky to smell anything else half decent. Then when CK One came out, everyone had it on, male and female. That may be where my apathy towards citrus scents actually began.

I truly love Paco Rabanne line up, there's no way there aren't worse scents than from this house, clearly is just the weight of being one of the most popular designer fragance houses. (Bedsides Phantom, that AI idea went south pretty quick)

I've always thought Dior Sauvage was kind of bland and boring. I had it and gave it away because to me it wasn't very interesting. Note I'm not around people or situations where I smell it a lot or at all so I have no negative associations with it. Then not to long ago I got a decant of the Parfum version and fell in love. I can say the same for Dior Fahrenheit.

Sauvage parfum - it’s gorgeous 🤷🏻‍♂️ .. what the hell. Haven’t smelled any of J’s frags , can’t afford em but I’ve always liked Jeremy. V nice man , and has a disarming honesty. I used to wear Joop, when i was young . Probably get individual now, or Joop Le parfum. Hate is not a word i would connect with fragrance. Like it or don’t , but - hate ? .. Nah. Nope. Paco Rabanne is a fantastic house. Amazing. Extraordinary. All the great frags they have done .. wow. Million parfum is a modern classic . Not a chance . Million parfum is a great, extraordinary, unashamed masterpiece. Ignore the bottle , the name , all the dumb associations .. and just smell it. Without prejudice. Absolute damn classic. Hall of fame material. Nice one man 👍

One Million Prive is one of the best Clubbing fragrances imo, absolute stellar release by PR sadly discontinued and now Sky rocket priced. But yea I can see why people find the original release quite obnoxious, since everyone wears it. Prive is where they striked "Gold".

Because everyone wears it should not be a reason to hate something. You produce something to be a success not so that only 1 person in each city wears it! Obscurity is counterintuitive to what these brands are trying to achieve.

Sauvage EDT was a blind buy for me. I don’t hate it but I don’t love it either. I was hoping for something in the vein of Fahrenheit or Poison, so I was disappointed. Less sprays is more with this one.

Coming from Ireland two fragrances are overly used are Sauvage EDT and Creed Aventus/Mont Blanc Explorer. Sauvage EDT has too strong of a metallic top note where it chokes anyone else in the room lol. The EDP however tones it down and at least works for those in their 30s and beyond. Quite mass appealing and yes I know Aventus is a niche fragrance but the district smell of pineapple and black pepper has put myself off ever purchasing it.

  • @Dreyno

The only thing you can complain about Jeremy's product is the price. It's unreasonably expensive. Apart from that, any further complaints are just because the product is his rather the fragrance's quality. We all know the guy has an over the top personality that might come off as annoying for some individuals but people forget that's not what you're buying. Leave him be. Despite your personal feelings for him, he's valuable for the fragrance community. A lot of people joined us here just from watching and listening to him before they expanded to other reviewers.

Can't really understand the hte on the one million parfum....i think it's trend setter kinda frag in the long run .....just like the og one million bought into foray the sweet rich frag, parfum starts a trend of a salty-sweet floral- leathery, richdark- soapy clean dancing balancing trend in fragrance.... Also the phantom is really a beautiful frag.....sweet but the earthy lavender adds a wonderful dimension to the sweetness.....reminds me of what they did with the pure X's night.....they added the zesty ginseng and dusty cacao to the reg sweetness and that made the frag a unique among the mass pleasing ones ...so is the phantom to me.....a mass pleasing one with a uniqueness worthy to be in the collection

Pricey fragrance, awfull sillage, cheap presentation, check it out in fragrantica, the biggest deception ever. They said in a video we dont understand the fragrance, zero autocritic and a lot of ego (in a video Andres says to Jeremy "I sold more than you men" 😂)
