Phantom Parfum was purchased at a duty free in Paris. The OG Phantom is a nice scent (wicked compliment getter) and I do enjoy the new one A LOT.

I was not into phantom so I’m not too excited but I’ll try it. Also some news there is a Ralph’s Club Elixir (Lavender, Iris, Incense & Patchouli) a new replica called under the stars (Oud & Leather scent) and a polo oud. Really excited for the Ralph’s club and replica!

I love the bottles, but was afraid that those would be more for teens.

I absolutely love the first Phantom, definitely under rated, I haven't tried the Parfum ( black bottle), but it's my next purchase!

i think a lot of fragrance snobs turn their noses up at most of the Paco rabanne line ups as their bottles are very juvenile, if they came in classier/ elegant bottles like something from dior or Chanel a lot more would rate them higher... unfortunately perception does play a big role in how we feel about something

@@rottenrebels yeah the more recent releases from Paco rabanne have been crushing it from invictus aqua 2016 to now a solid 90% of what they've released is great in terms of scent profile, projection and longevity

I disagree, I never knew what the bottle was until later on, the first time I tried the original Phantom was from a sample, if anything I was even intrigued by the name, but it was by far the only fragrance I had to ever scrub off because I couldn't bear the chemical mess I was smelling... The bottle I actually think is pretty cool, the juice for me is similar to a chemical solution for cleaning floors or something... I feel sick after smelling it

@@rottenrebels wanted to report back with my thoughts on Phantom EDT. On the strip, I thought this was extremely loud in the opening and it tingled my nose. The lemon was very aggressive and sharp. On my skin, it wasn't as aggressive as it was on the strip, but still very loud. The dry down is very similar to Phantom Parfum but just a tad bit sweeter. That zesty lemon was still there in the mid which I liked. It performs extremely well for an EDT. Showered after wearing it and still smelled it lingering around. Longevity is good and it really projects. This is a party fragrance and it acts like one. Overall, I like it, but I don't love it. Phantom Parfum will be my go to from this line for sure. Thanks for listening 💪🏾💯

I didn't care much for the original 2021 version, but based on this review, I'll give the new 2023 version a try. Thanks for the great review, both! 👍

It hasn’t been reformulated. I smelt it when it was brand new and only last week. And there’s no difference

I have the original phantom, it is sweet and earth to sum it up....but it has a good sweetness, it is not as sweet as one million, eros or ultramale. Also few people really wear it here where I live and also, it doesnt get great review from reviewers which I think will make it less popular in general....overall it is a 8/10 scent for me, it isnt just another night out fragrance, and its not toooo sweet like the ones I mention, making this ideal for date or intimate scenarios.... the ones I mentioned are only wearable in events like weddings...parties in open spaces or big halls...Bars and so on

Peace & Love I love both but I love the new Parfum better it’s a true “GROWN MAN ISH!!!” Fragrance and the burning vanilla is 1 of a kind along with the Smokey vetiver and the smooth lavender it’s a 10 out of 10 fragrance I gotta get a back up bottle already lol anyways another great video you’ve always had good taste in fragrance so much love and respect to your channel ENOUGH SAID!!!😶‍🌫️❤️👀🤫😳🤚🤐🥱🥶🔥🙄🌀💎🤷‍♂️👁️🤦‍♂️👏🏽💪🏾👍🏾💯💯💯

Hi rebel! If I mature/macerate my fragrance that’s getting 2 hours longevity, will i get guaranteed better longevity? Specifically my bleu de chanel parfum

Fragrances don’t macerate in the bottle. They macérate in the factory. If you’re experiencing a stronger scent after a while, it’s most likely the alcohol evaporating creating a higher concentration of the oils.

Bleu de Chanel Parfum has great longevity, at least 8-10 hours, you are probably going noseblind

I didn’t like the hate Phantom got when it came out. It was bashed by reviewers and their minions followed. It’s a good scent. Now I need to sample the new one.

Hi! Impossible to answer without knowing what you like in fragrances, etc. 😊 I like them both, but I know the original gets quite a bit of dislike from a lot in the 'fragrance community' and based on feedback from subscribers, the new seems a bit more popular than the original. So maybe try first if you are curious and avoid blind buying?

My personal opinion is that its a great fragrance and at least to me, the best 1 million. Long lasting and has a sweet but unique scent. My wife loved it so much to the point she was trying to wear it for herself, but admitted its still too masculine for a woman to wear. I would suggest to try it of course and if you like the scent then go for it. Easily worth the price IMO

yeah I agree with the whiteranger and go out and smell them on skin, lucky is really sweet with the plum, honey and hazelnut accords. always try before you buy as what someone else likes might not necessarily be what appeals to you and your sense of smell

The original Phantom is atrocious smh! It is on my desk for decoration at this point.

The edt is nothing special imo. It’s not a bad fragrance, it’s just not special. Nothing new to offer. Would you say the parfum is youthful ? I kinda wanna blind buy it.

lets get it straight, the OG was a dumpster fire - the Parfum hasnt changed anything about it
