I agree re: Lisa and how she works with colour theory like no other creator or brand. I don’t always wear pink lipstick, as my colouring is more warm and it can look odd. But Wonder Wheel is an absolutely stunning shade and I can’t stop wearing it! I will definitely pick up Go Lightly if it ever comes back into stock online. I own the gloss in Go Lightly and it’s most perfect salmon pink shade. Amazing video Charlotte! Xo

I'm obsessed with velvet dragon. It has these mysterious face-brightening properties, similar to Kosas Thrillest. I love that so many of her colours are inspired by historical art media

I am very cool toned and I got Ribbon during the first launch. Well, no surprise, it looks great on me and I still love it. Of course Beauty, Blush and Love of my Life are great for my skintone as well. The most surprising shade is Morning, I never wore oranges as they usually look somehow strange on me, but this one! Best lip ever. I don't care about the season I could wear it every day. Such a surprise! Lisa is genious and I use now her lipsticks and glosses exclusively. Daily. Even when I visit my family in the countryside and go for a long walk in the woods.

As you were going through your favorites I was following along on Lisa's website, pulling up each color, reading the description and looking at all of the model shots. My favorite Lisa lippie is Painterly, and for that reason I am dying to get my hands on Meet Me in Berlin. Love that she came out with so many new Luxuriously Lucents -- it's my favorite formula from her, love how easy it is and how sheerly it goes on at first but then builds up.

Love this video. I think the ones I really love that you didn’t mention are Velvet Fawn (my fave nude and the first one of hers I ever tried), Velvet Ribbon (my fave red) and Painterly. I think Meet Me in Berlin might just be my favorite lipstick, full stop. Lisa!!! ♥️💄💋💄

Wonderful video, Charlotte! My favorites in the Lucent line include Go Lightly, Dance Card and Kitten Mischief. I may need Atomic Cherry since it seems to be a warmer color! In the Velvets, I love Fawn and Affair. I hope Go Lightly does make a comeback as it's simply perfect for me!

I’m addicted to Lisa Eldridge! I have almost all of her lippies on a lipstick stand in my room and it’s so much fun to decide “hhhhmmm, what color do I feel like today?” I have a few other brands but LE is my lipstick addiction. I agree, the colors surprise me. Many I would have never thought to get for myself but somehow, they look good.

I love Velvet Cinnabar, it reminds me very much of a Mary Quant lipstick that my mother had back in the 1970s. I think it may have been called something like ‘Rusty Berry’ . I remember I loved it then and used to ‘borrow’ it if I was going somewhere special!

I bought Go Lightly from the pop up in December and was so thrilled to see it! xx

Great video, sorry it took me so long to find it! Your choices are all great, my top 3 would be Velvet Affair, Strawberry shock and go lightly ( which I don’t wear often since we don’t know when it’s coming back! Have to keep it precious!)

I just purchased Meet me in Berlin and it is just lovely, I have more pink in my skin and I really don't use anything with orange or coral tones, just doesn't work for me. Great video!

My absolute favorite is Velvet Cinnabar! I have a ton of Lisa’s lipsticks that I also adore but that is my number one.

The velvet cinnabar shade was quite surprising - I had dismissed that one previously, but its absolutely gorgeous on. Really unique. Treated myself to je ne sais quoi from the new drop. Love it!

My most loved lipstick from LE are, Kitten mischief, Love of my life, Spirited away, velvet Fawn, velvet Petal, velvet Beauty, Sunday Matinee. (The gloss in go lightly, affaire and charm are big favorites) ( But I have a lot more lipsticks from her and they have all something special) ( but I have to say I got velvet intrigue in fall and I gave it to a friend because I thought it was not that flattering for me)

Strawberry shock does look beautiful on you Charlotte. No wonder it's in your top 10 of Lisa Eldridge! My faves?...Velvet ribbon, the perfect red; Velvet Blush, somehow this colour works so well with my complexion; and Skyscraper Rose, the perfect dark pink. I want to try Rainbow Spill and Night Thoughts, AND because I too loved the Gibli movie so much, Spirited Away.

I have really dark purply lips. On me Cinnabar looks very true, dark red, Meet me in Berlin like mulled wine, Velvet Affair like a pinky nude. I love them all. 💕 Velvet Muse is also one of my favorites, and Velvet Blush. I’m really curious how Velvet Dragon would look like on me. Great video Charlotte, and you look stunning! 🤩

I just ordered the lip gloss in Go Lightly (and a few others too). I couldn't be without it anymore. I still wear masks, of course, but not everywhere, every day, all day anymore. I was so sad to pack my lipsticks away for the duration of the pandemic. But they are starting to come back out, and my Lisa Eldridge colors rise to the top. I wish I had them all.

I know exactly what you mean when you say the lipsticks have a way of suiting you even if you don't think they will. The problem with that is it makes me buy even more of them. I've never felt comfortable wearing a red before until I tried Velvet morning and Velvet dragon and I now understand its because I need a slight orange tone. My favourite go to has to be velvet fawn though. It is just the perfect shade for my skin tone hands down. The lip liner on me can literally be paired with any colour too. Just amazing ❤️

My favorite Lisa Lipstick changes daily. I cannot pick favorites. I have just about all of the lipsticks. Wonder Wheel is stunning. I thought Night Thoughts would be too dark for me because I'm pretty light but got it anyway because it reminds me of black cherry. It looks beautiful and not too dark at all. I love Kitten Mischief. and her reds are to die for. I love them all and can wear them all. There is something magical about her colors. There is always a hint of an unexpected color hidden in each shade. No one does color like Lisa. She is a genius. I might as well toss all my other lipsticks because 99.9% of the time I'm wearing one of hers.

I was wondering what you think of muse?

My favorite colour of all is Kitten Mischief, because it is a my lips but better colour. Runner-ups are Dance Card, Je ne sais quoi, Velvet Petal and Velvet Fawn. Last year was Songbird my everyday Summer gloss, this year Go Lightly wins.

Velvet Dragon and Strawberry shock

I know you're not crazy about 'pinks' and prefer the orange/coral/peachy shades but I actually think the pink shades really accentuate your eye colour. Wonder Wheel made your eyes look stunning. Have you ever had your 'colours' done?

I love the lipsticks - formula and color both, and have a bunch but three (!!) broke off completely and I been gentle with them. I replaced one and am thinking to repurchase another but seriously, they are too expensive for being able to use them so little.

I went to Lisa's latest pop up on launch day and was lucky enough to meet her and get a photo with her. The shame... I was wearing a MAC lipstick! But I only owned one (Velvet Dragon) at that time, and I didn't know she was going to be there. Anyway, I added Je Ne Sais Quoi, Velvet Morning and Velvet Cinnebar to my collection that day. I have been wearing Je Ne Sais Quoi the most since then, its such as easy summer colour. To my disappointment Meet Me In Berlin did nothing for my complexion (too cool), Velvet Affair was better but it wasn't flattering enough to replace my MAC Mocha (the only nude I have ever really fallen for) but Cinnabar - which Lisa said she thought would look great on me - did so I got that instead of a nude, and then decided last minute to add Morning, which I knew would be my jam as I adore an orangey red.

I like Velvet Affair. You look great today. Have you moved out yet? Velvet Dragon reminds me of a movie star color.👍
