Thank you DuelLogs for giving some good cards to pick up now ahead of a potential price increase. That damn beaver is 3x the price now compared to how much it was before June.

I think Blackwing - Gust the Backblast is a somewhat viable option too, purely for it being a level 2 monster that can special summon itself with pretty much the easiest summoning condition whatsoever. You don't need to discard a card like Swap Frog, nor have to wait until your opponent uses a monster effect or activate a spell card that can be easily negated like Psy-Framegear Gamma, it's just a solid, reliable option to get a level 2 monster on the field without using up your normal summon.

I like this idea of talking of potential tech options for decks, I bet there could be good tech for Phantasm Spiral cause there's some good cards that can be used, like idk using the fire fist searcher card to search gene warped warwolf in order to use the equip cards for high power and bring out Phantasm Spiral Dragon, epic card, one of my favorites

I think Top 10 Weak Cards in Otherwise Strong Archetypes or the opposite (strong cards in horrible archetypes) would be fun!

Yo surprisingly Hop Ear Squadron is actually a really good level 2 monster to maindeck cause it’s a quick play synchro summon on the opponent’s turn so you can bust out a quick Herald Of The Arc Light play as well. I’ve used it to catch my opponent off guard playing tears and they insta scoop off that.

I use it with Melffys

It is absolutely amazing that Gale Dogra and Stein are still seeing play in modern combo decks.

I find it funny that Hilqifibrax is so insanely strong that decks that don't use synchro monsters at all will still run tuners just so they can abuse it lol

Ii appreciate the vids man, I just recently got back into yugioh with masterduel and the vids are always interesting or cool to find out

I saw a top 4 profile that had melffy of the forest! Wallaby is certainly a strong card too

I really like morphing jar. It’s level 2 and also helps mill out your opponents with runick builds

Crystron Halqifibrax : my time has come

I'm not sure how it went in the OCG but I could definitely see the Live Twins engine getting a lot more usage in Sprights if Toadally Awesome does get banned here. I've personally never heard of or seen Nimble Beaver which is kind of surprising.

I run hop ear squadron for a similar effect to halqifibrax. You can summon it during your opponents turn to synchro into herald of the arch light

I love the cyber stein and that's why I made a support for it and turn it into a it's own archetype

Have you considered caius the mega monarch as a tech pick in spright? It seems like a pretty funny card to use in the tearlament matchup as it completely erase one or two tear monsters from the game, which kind of helps out as I’m pretty sure tear doesnt really have a way to recycle banished cards.

Iblee and Dark Angel: Powerful lockdown effect but can be play around out

3x Dark Beckoning Beast with 1x Opening of the Spirit Gates is a pretty good tech. It represents at LEAST two materials with a single normal summon, with the option of a third material with the on field effect of Spirit Gates by discarding a card.

Runicks. Runick Spright is one of the best Runick builds out there. All of the Runick cards let you spit out a free Level 2 for extending, provide additional interruptions for your boards, and make it so the deck plays completely differently from normal Spright decks because of the alternative win condition in milling. What's more, Sprights are unique in that they can generate easy negates for their board that are also all recyclable, meaning you'll continuously have interaction for your opponent while you mill them out, deny them resources with the Runick cards, and recycle and draw more interaction with the Field Spell.

One of the best Runick builds. But is it one of the best Spright builds? I havent really heard anything about success of Runick Sprights... All the cards spitting out a field monster is nice. But the Spright maindeck monsters already spit themself out, And give some more benefits

It is weird you didn't bring up Diva summoning Yamatako, which can be treated as a level 8 if used for a synchro summon, which you special Blue to grab Jet, which grabs starter, then make Baronne with Blue and Yamatako, and then go into Gigantic and Elf and other Spright shenanigans.

Huh. I just bought some of those packs yesterday, and one of them had a secret rare Spright Blue. I was wondering if the archetype was any good or anything if one of the secret rares was a card for it, and lo and behold, a video on cards that help them out.

what are you talking about? level 3 is great. we have burning abyss and phantom knights. seven is also good. odd-eyes has ton of lvl 7 monsters. red-eyes flare metal dragon, number 11: big eye, mpb dracossack, galaxy tomahawk. for level 5, probably you're right. they are not really great at the moment. chronomaly, cyber dragon and dinomist have several lvl 5 monsters but still need more support

spright is one of the reason why OCG decided to ban halq over auroradon another is auroradon already have a non generic link condition being machine only and cannot link anymore after effect were used

Special Diviner, send a Link 2 fairy to gy or a level 4 fairy (probably herald of the arc light) synchro summon Borreload Savage dragon, by using a level 2 + The level 6 diviner, or level 2 diviner + a bystial. Using the "send a link 2 to the gy from diviner" gives borreload 2 omni negates, or making diviner level 6 by sending it to the gy herald of the arc light by diviners effect + any level 2 let's you get borreload but you'd have to send a link (most likely a link 2) or something like knightmare unicorn, or underworld goddess of the closed world, from the gy to equip to borreload but that might be not worth it depending on the situation bcuz u can special a link 2 with elf

Hero Kid, when special summoned, can special summon 2x Hero Kid from the deck. Going 3+ in card economy is ridiculously powerful. It definitely should've been included in this list.
