Even if there were only 100 pokemon in their respective games, that would still make it essentially a one in ten thousand chance for the same pokemon... but there were weird numbers and of course evolutions so it's probably lower but idk

It's definitely possible to get a Hall of Origin Arceus from the void glitch. I've done it. It can even be transferred to HeartGold/SoulSilver to activate the creation trio event at Sinjoh Ruins (which I've also done).

It's impossible to figure out why I wasted my time on the Ruins Of Alph.

6:40 actually someone found a way to do it. It involves entering the heartome park(or somewhere else I don't remember) and performing the tweaking glitch. After some precise movement to reach spear pillar you need to press the menu option "exit" (the game still thinks you're in the park so it gives you that option).in the game's data exiting the park is considered "action 4", which is coincidentally the same action number as the azur flute event.

There's actually an exploit using the mystery gifts where you can get the azure flute, and it's not even hard to do

There actually is a way now to get Arceus using the Tweaking/Void glitch; I've tested the method myself, for confirmation, and caught an Arceus. I believe it's also possible to get an INFINITE number of Arceus this way because certain "flags" are not correctly marked in the game.

I love the 8 bit Diddy Kong Racing track that was playing behind #2. 10/10 amazing video.

most missingno. variations happen because they overshot the entry number iirc, so if they're transferred to later gens, either they'll turn into "???"s because failsafes, or the corresponding pokemon with really weird stats

The last point isn't impossible. Just extremely tedious and requires some specific tools just to make transition between gen 2 and 3. After that, it's smooth sailing.

Another interesting impossible thing is failing to catch a Pheromosa and Kartana using a Beast Ball in Sun and Moon (not US UM). They both have a catch rate of 255

Since this video was posted, an incredible KZreadr known as Goppier has actually built a physical device allowing him to trade between Generations II and III! He has a video explaining how it works that shows him trading a shiny Gyarados forward. (I’d link the video, but KZread doesn’t like links in comments.) Since it’s a trade and not a transfer, it can even go both ways. It obviously misses out on a couple things--contest stats can’t be preserved, for example--but it’s an amazing device all the same. The power of technology is incredible!

@@solidzack Yeah, it was annoying in LGPE. I think they gave you at least two different chances to join Team Rocket but regardless of what you chose they played the same text box.

The only thing impossible is getting the 3rd pokemon in professor's lab

You find all those plates, only to find out that they put every plate in the game, but not the only pokemon that's supposed to use them.

You actually can get an azure flute as well as any past event without hacking by changing the DNS in your connection settings.

You can't get the azure flute in particular as the date it was released, never happened, making it impossible to obtain, even when you set the clock back. You can obtain Arceus by tweaking though.

@@rosejohnson1714 you do get the azure flute through this dns code. its a fan made mystery gift that gives you the flute. making it possible to get arceus. I've used it about 4 times now and it still works.

when you go against a level 5 pokemon when your pokemon is level 100 and they have sturdy so they stay on 1hp and hit you with fissure

6:37 I remember a while back someone discovered this method to catch Arceus by tweaking into Pal Park and using RETIRE. I'm not exactly sure how it works, but I remember something about it always loading the fourth script in the map. So... I guess it's technically possible? 9:52 My personal favorite is Mew: Mew could only be obtained in the Gen 2 games by transferring the event Mew from the Gen 1 games, and because it is IV locked, it could not be shiny... unless you used cheats or glitches 10:52 I think you could also get the patch from those Gamecube kiosks at stores. However, I'd imagine it would be pretty difficult to find one of them now
