Alyson went straight from playing Willow to Lily, who are extremely different characters, one being a nerdy wallflower, and the other being a motherly control freak. She played them both to perfection, showing just how versatile she really is as a performer.

I like to think the "you're dead to me" look is just a little bit of Dark Willow bleeding into Lily.

You missed out all the times she showed her bisexuality, like hitting on Robin constantly, or when she gets ridiculously excited about seeing her doppelgänger Stripper Lily 😂

You missed two big ones: Thank you Linus & Lily is badass threatening neighborhood kids.

That eye-patch scene was one of few times in my life where I had a solid two or three minute laugh out loud moment , because it was so unexpected.

I loved the turn around Chloeeeee scene 😂

I loved the show especially how they highlighted each character, great actors and writing, a quality show never failed to make me laugh, the one where everyone's faults were exposed, lillys was loud eating, thanks Ms mogo , now I'll revisit the series

Why does no one ever seem to mention that the you're dead to me look hits like a callback to season 6 Willow in Buffy?

Alyson is a gifted actress that in my own opinion, I don't know which of her three most well-known characters I love the most Willow from "Buffy, The Vampire Slayer" Michelle from the "American Pie" movies OR Lily from "How I Met Your Mother"

My favorite was when Lily pulled a Godfather on that kid in her class by putting a severed stuffed horse head in his blanket.

They are except lily and marshall are the healthier relationships while mondlers has a 10 percent of toxicity in it mostly due to Monica's high maintenance

@@leonardolim8976 Lily's quite toxic. She has a load of debt that she doesn't tell Marshall about, moves 3,000 miles away & only returns when her plan didn't work out. He's her safety net, her consolation prize, her plan B, her second choice, her safe boring provider.

Lilly was the worst character

the most boring show ever, even the bold and the beautiful had more happening then this lame show.

Lily is one of the worst characters ever. She's selfish, thinks what she is doing for her friends is great but it just makes her look pathetic and sad. Can't stand her.

I hated her soooo much on this show. She was the worst character and a horrible person over all Marshall deserved way better.
