He is better actor than his sister. He is actually fantastic....I think his Aries persona went against him in Hollywood ......but he was so good looking in his young years.

Immortal Wars?

I love Eric Roberts for so many reasons. His acting, his accent, his hair!! Lol I saw him in NOBODY’S FOOL 1986, with Rosanna Arquette. OMG! He’s gorgeous here. It’s a screwball love story and here he shows his tender side and as usual mixed with a inner disturbance in his psyche. He falls for this quirky young woman, who is damaged from a heartbreak from a local rich guy. Somehow the two fall in love despite their issues. Any ladies here have a crush on Eric? This one will make you swoon! I seen this one more times than I’d like to admit. Lol it’s no John Hughes but for me it says love can happen for all, even us kooks!

One of the best.

Come on...Roberts was nominated for an Academy Award, Best Supporting Actor in Runaway Train.

Runaway Train is in my top 10 Greatest Films. I'm so glad that both Eric Roberts & Jon Voight were nominated for their roles. Both brilliant.

A very underated actor! I think he is a better actor than his sister!!

Eric is a consummate actor because he basically LOVES to act. He has, in addition to the headliners you included in your list, offered his talents to a multitude of indie film makers at a rate they can afford, and in his willingness to act in 'non-union' films has probably irritated the Hollywood elite in the bargain. He and his wife Eliza were in a film I produced "Lone Star Deception" and despite the filming difficulties we incurred, were both supportive professionals to the end, coming back months later, at no cost, to fix problems we found in editing. Someday, perhaps, he audience will reach such a force that Hollywood will be forced to recognize his talents. His IMDB page doesn't show him slowing down yet!

I loved Eric Roberts since the first time I saw him in a movie! I've seen many of his movies!

I loved the “Stalked by my Doctor” series.

"It's my party was the movie that made him one of my fav. actors. That's got to have been a hard and complicated part to play. I cried like a baby!!

i 'm rigth to you and don't forget"Heaven prison n ers"a phil Joannou movie with also Alec Baldwin, Teri Hatcher, Mary stuart Masterson, Kelly lynch: Er ic interprete Bubba Roque a gangster very sexy, dangerous, crual, egomaniac and very charismatic! Eric just robbed everybody in this movie!

His greatest was The Pope of Greenwich Village!!!

Eric Roberts is a great actor !because posseded a personnality complexe and adore to play the tough guy with talent, Eric is addicted to play:more 600 movies!

I've always thought The Immortals, Love Cheat & Steal & Nature Of The Beast are his best movies. The Butcher & Crime's Of The Past come close behind. Heaven's Prisoners & Final Analysis are great as too. The 1st movie I saw of his was Love Cheat & Steal in '94 & I've even a collection of his movies. He's the most underrated actor in Hollywood imo & should have a number of academy awards.

Honestly I know a man has to work , but I'm sorry everytime I see Eric Robert's in a movie now , I just turn it off . He is so stereotyped it isn't funny. I just am sick of seeing him play every roll known to man. Koodos on him working to live but it just gets old fast.

"Pretty cool action sequences" INSIDE the train? Uhhh. This bot needs a better perception of the action sequences OUTSIDE the train. Some of the best. "Runaway Train" rocks. Roberts in "Paul's Case" and "Miss Lonelyhearts" both exceptional.
