Specialist sucks quite a bit actually but his and Woods performance and Steiger, all trying to out bad-perform each other but Woods deciding to go super-serious, is a lot of fun

Wow. When I look at Eric Roberts now, I think of his performances in *The Dark Knight* (where he played Sal Maroni) and the *Stalked by My Doctor* films (where he played Dr. Albert Beck), as he did an amazing job in those, and it sure shows in him on-screen quite well too.

He's also a solid Voice Actor as well as Mongul in the DCAU Justice League animated series.

God he's fried in this interview. I think 94-95 was his rock bottom, and he eventually got sober.

@Rocco Z If he was stoned or drunk during this interview, how did he remember the titles of so many movies off the top of his head? How did he explain why Rod Steiger deserves so much respect?

@@roccoz2231 Can you prove which substance(s), if any, Eric Roberts was on when the video camera was rolling? If he was an addict in 1994, that does not mean he was under the influence of something during every waking moment 365 days a year. Cass Elliot was a known opioid user and speed user and she died without any drugs or alcohol in her system, according to her autopsy.

@@kathrynfauble9053 I saw an interview with Erik recently and he said he had a bad marijuana problem. He said whenever he got real high he had problems remembering lines so eventually that became a problem with his acting skills . 😳
