Hi Eric, great presentation, we use a python based CRM and it has taken time to configure, this presentation ticks our box given we are a Microsoft 365 account user, so thank you very much your time has not been wasted.

Infor CRM is also very good.

I havent seen Affinity in any of your lists. Have you had any feedback on this CRM??

Eric please create a video on lead opportunities account with real world examples so that newbies get an idea with these terms

Thanks for the video, very interesting. It would have been great if you had added some measure of configuration and maintenance costs.. Many of these products are definitely not affordable for small-medium businesses..

It's a good option for smaller or simpler purposes...just not enough to push it into the top 10...

Hi, what you think about Russians CRM system like Bitrix24 or AMO CRM?

I am totally surprised by you putting Dynamics 365 as number 1 CRM. Looks biased, I am sure many more users would think so!

What about Cost & difficulty of Dynamics?

I wish you presented the CRMs while discussing them. That would have made this a better video.

yet another M$-promotion of a business partner? It is kinda misleading to put small to largest companies (with their industry-specific needs) in the same Top10-bucket. No consultancy (in terms of expert) has ever conducted full (big) integration projects with each of the list (and the 99 alternative regional solutions). Therefore it might be better to discuss "Top 10 features" of CRM ...
