Not only is the pricing for HubSpot shown for the CMS and not the CRM, the pricing you show has nothing to do with the user count. All CRM user licenses are free. Pro seat licenses only come into play when using the advanced features provided at Professional and Enterprise levels of the Sales and Service Hub specifically. Marketing, CMS, Operations, and Commerce Hub costs are not impacted by user count at all.

Monday is too much after money. Unless you have an enterprise plan( an expensive plan), you cannot limit your team member’s editing power. Your team member will have full control over the template and tasks. Therefore, a team member can accidentally or intentionally delete a task, Subtask or entire template. Besides, if you have 6 team members, you have to pay for 10. If you have 11, you have to pay for 20. Money grows on trees.
