They weren't rating teams just by how crazy they are (then Canadian teams would of dominated the end of the list) but also things such as consistency and devotion for the team. In a way, yes, Steelers fans got that high on the list due to their devotion of the steel city (and nation/country)

I worked security for the San Diego Chargers for 10 years. Fun fact about Raider games: 1. You get paid more, an hour, to work those games. 2. I Agree. Ranking of fans here, in Philly: Phillies fans : Very nice, but can get rowdy. I am a BIG phillies fan, and go to a lot of games but some are very nice. Even the people who work at the stadium are nice! the phillies should not be on here. 76000 people randomly screaming broke the record for loudest stadium... around 32000 Besiktas (Turkey) fans nearly broke that record in 2013 (kzread.info/dash/bejne/kZ51tdCQibGWoJs.html). So I guess that if Besiktas (or teams like Galatasaray, Partizan, Paok, Crvena Zvezda, Legia Warsaw, etc) were with 76000 fans they would break the record. And yes, you can't compare European fans with American fans. Just two whole different sports cultures.

Please. Only the Browns suck. Indians and Cavs are extremely competitive where the Indians are top in their division and very close to the leaders in all others (cubs are the only ones that have a better record of more than 1.5 games.) Don't need to prove that the Cavs are the best as they beat the team with the best regular season record of all times in the finals.

If this was done later, I would be surprised if the Nashville Predators weren't on the list, since they were at 129.4 dBs at one point

Even before the Eagles won SB52 since 2000 they had made the playoffs 11 times been to the super bowl in 04-05, 5 NFC championships 11 10+ win seasons. Now that you add the super bowl win you could make a case they are the top team in the NFC this century. Nobody in the Conference has won more playoff games and regular season games than the Eagles. So yes they have pretty much been one of the most successful and relevant teams this century.

As a lifelong Raiders fan this makes me very happy.

It's been said that no matter where they play, it's always a home game for the Steelers. Steeler Nation can take over MetLife Stadium, Cleveland's FirstEnergy Stadium, Edward Jones Stadium, Qualcomm Stadium, and in both SB40 and SB43, Ford Field and Raymond James Stadium.
