I love the coach songs because you can always see that they're looking out for a specific part that they know is difficult. The singer nails it and the button-press is instant

@@thomasmoreel9661 pitch correction Is a thing! Is not the same as autotune (and personally i hate when they confuse both) pitch correction can be and it's mostly applied live as well a reverb, it's something basic that you do in the mixer

That moment when a singer does such a unique take on your own song you don't recognize it until a particular lyric finally clicks in place. I love Boy George's reaction (16:32) when he finally realizes she's singing his song! Ha! Priceless. Two Culture Club songs in one list, both great versions.

I always liked Adam as a coach. He turns as soon as he hears something great. Never waits to see if others will turn too. He just goes for it.

If the person is singing the judges song don't block them dammit, there's a good chance they wanted that coach. This blocking is so damn unfair to them!!

Exactly what I was going to say. Covering the Judge's own song is a huge risk, and a huge sign who they want to work with. You're not just screwing the other judge, but the contestant who has a once in a lifetime chance to work with someone.

You know you’ve done a good job remaking a song when the original artist enjoys what you’ve done BEFORE realizing it’s their song. Bravo 👏🏼

The last girl was stunning. She's original, expressive while having so much control in her voice. For me, she's one of the best (including the second guy, he's really good)

As awesome as it was to see Boy George's response to DYWTHM, I LOVE Kelly's reaction. Kelly Rowland has always struck me as someone who is really genuine about her passion for music and her love of other performers. You can see it in her eyes when she turns around and starts singing with him, she's in awe of his talent.
