You didn't talk about the enya ukulele. In my opinion a fantastic uku. Action is perfect, fret wires are smooth, gig bag is of high quality. All top of the line parts.

I needed this, I got a cheap plastic ukulele that had REALLY high action so doing chords other than C chord felt like I was trying to cut open my fingers. Also one of the strings popped out after 2 months of use.

alvarez and cordoba are good sounding. They sound like the beach kind of thing. All others featured here sounded more guitar-like, did not appeal to me much. Just me. but the comparisons are nice and well presented! How about Luna and Lanikai? I wanted somehow to hear comparisons of those three together in a vid. The difference between the mics will definitely affect the sound. Hope you can make one!

Now I got myself a ukulele in college and am really enjoying it! Go get it gurl it may be tough at first but its worth it

This is glorious, I been tryin to find out about "how to play a ukulele for beginners songs" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Fenaylern Nonpareil Formula - (should be on google have a look ) ? It is a great one of a kind guide for discovering how to play the ukulele like a pro without the normal expense. Ive heard some decent things about it and my cousin got cool results with it.

Great video. Have to wonder how the Epiphone Les Paul made this list. Your talent helps, but I own one as well, and sound wise, I’m less than impressed by it. The strings they come with, would be better used for tying fences than on a ukulele. Unfortunately, that is the least of its problems. The sound chamber is too small, the laminate is too thick, the gloss is too heavy, cheap onboard electronics with no tone or volume control. It looks cool, was finished flawlessly, no sharp frets, but it sounds like a plinky toy. I have to admit I still occasionally play it, because it plays decently and I am a fan of the design, the sound was slightly improved with Worth low g, but it leaves me disappointed.

Hi! Can you recommend a uke around $150-200 that doesn’t have a blunt edge? I am a beginner with a concert sized uke, and the uke I have is literally digging into my right forearm while strumming causing painful marks/bruises. I’ve experimented with various positioning, but I’ve concluded that it’s not the positioning that’s my problem, but the instrument’s design and the blunt edge where the side meets the top - no matter how I position, my forearm hits a corner one way or another. I am thinking that something with a more rounded edge would resolve the issue. Can you recommend some options? I’d really like a concert size, preferably an acoustic-electric. Thanks in advance!
