The Tigerzord on his own isn't a Megazord despite having a warrior mode, but it DOES have a Megazord form in the Mega Tigerzord similar to that of the Thunder Megazord. It's a real shame it wasn't used more often since it is literally their most powerful Thunder combination.

Super Sentai has been going on for way longer- it's been running for 41 years and has never been cancelled, unlike PR was. And MMPR's counterpart, Zyuranger, was the 16th series- hardly the "original" or anywhere near the top ten best series.

I loved the Magna Defender's Megazord from Lost Galaxy-- heck, his entire arc in that season is not only interesting but it was such a different character than the typical "6th additional Power Ranger". Predazord was another one of my favorites, I had the toy version when I was a kid and I always had so much fun with it. :)

Why not Wild Force??? Megazords are better.

What I love about the Samurai Gigazord is that even with all the shit-ton of stuff that's in it... it still keeps the Base Samurai Megazord katana... now that's Deker-Uramasa levels of loyalty to a weapon.

Centauras Wolf Megazord is literally perfection. That Catastros and Koragg horse and men combine thing is peak perfection.

I remember a day where being a Power Ranger was a young kids dream. Then reality hit hard and the 90's ended. I want it back, dammit. I want my childhood back. Every day was fun. Visiting Grandma's house was the greatest. Watching Saturday morning cartoons, playing Pokémon on the weekends, goofing off and having a blast. I miss the days where I looked forward to the holidays. Not just Christmas, every one of them. I even enjoyed school to some extent. I had friends back then. Good ones. I.... *[long audible silence, hangs head]* I miss the old days, guys. I miss them. My personal favorite series are Dino Thunder, Mystic force, and SPD. SPD was really cool how they actually imprison the villains

Great list however I think the Wild Force Megazord should have had a place in HM. 10 interchange Zords with a lot of combinations. Say what you will about the season as opposed to its precursor Time Force, the Zords and the team ups were amazing.

Agreed. Mighty Morphin was more of a test series to see if there was a market for tokusatsu in America. Later seasons had: better zords, better Rangers, better theme songs, etc. in my opinion.

I like how the Dino Megazord and Thunder Megazord are sort of listed together, since the Dinozords were converted into the Thunderzords rather than outright replaced as most other Zords typically are. The individual Thunderzords may not have been as impressive (except for the Red Dragon) as the Dinozords, but the Thunder Megazord formation was still awesome (not to mention it was the first real Samurai Megazord).

I’m 37 and stopped watching after the Turbo movie came out and the Thunder Megazord was my favorite. Maybe it was nostalgia from Lord Zedd “destroying” the original Dinozords but man that Thunder Megazord just looked so bad ass. Still the best looking imo even when I look at all these other Zords on here from series I haven’t seen.

Shogun Megazord will always be my favorite. That the Shogun Zords start doing ninjutsu had signs to combine and then it’s big flaming sword. Finally I loved how it could combine with the Falcon Zord.

my favorite megazord is #3, i like how despite the rest of the zords being more powerful than the originals, it was the only one to stay intaked, it was broken on the inside holding 1 more ranger than it should, i also like how the rangers controlled it without being morphed

From a design perspective, the Ninja Storm Megazords were the superior ones. There were multiple configurations between 6 zords allowing for the 6 to make 3 basic megazords, one with 5 and one with 6. It was an impressive design. The only failure of the design was 1) they cheated by making the yellow zord define most of the body. 2) the blue zord frequently gets tossed aside like trash with the larger compositions. 3) the green zord f*cks up the balance every time it combines with any of the others.

Where is the Kongazord?! He is so strong, and is so aware of it that it always show off its ''muscles'' at the begining of every fight, i loved that.

I should've saved this top 10 list closer to the release of the movie next year (2017)... but I'm sure you'll have another Power Rangers top 10 list for when the movie does come out... hopefully lol

I think the Time Force Megazord should've been on this list. Of all the Power Rangers series, Time Force was the biggest part of my childhood. I'll never forget the Power Rangers Time Force opening... NEVER.

Where are the Ninja & Shogun Zords? Those where my favourites

The Jungle Fury Megazords were the best in my opinion.

Tiger MegaZord was always my favorite. Love that Pterodactyl Fire Bird finsihing move!

A lot of megazords only use 3 zords

Although, I think it could pretty much be considered an Ultrazord, my favorite is the one used by the Jungle Fury Power Rangers that was used in the episode "Path Of The Righteous", where it combined the Tiger, Jaguar, Cheetah, Wolf, Rhino, Lion, and Chameleon zords in to one and was used to kick Scorch's A** into the next century.

Great List Really Not a Bad One I Would Put the Astro Megazord From In Space and The Turbo Megazord as well!!!

I feel so sorry for my kids they'll never get to see these great shows I grew up with they'll end up watching some crappy cartoon on nick Disney or Cartoon Network 😐

Power Rangers is still being made :) and is quite good. Dino Charge is how the original show should have been

its sad that all the Sentai robo before Zyuranger that later became Mighty Mophin' was left unmentioned, also seasons that Saban skipped (Go-Busters, Toqger)

Vust Valeo It's a shame that the west ignores Super Sentai in general, especially since it can be way better than Power Rangers (just compare the awesome that is Gokaiger to the epic fail that is Super Megaforce) and has been going on for much longer. Most of the important things about Power Rangers- the powers, the suits, the robots, the morphed fights- they're Sentai footage, not original Power Rangers stuff. They're attributing all these things to Power Rangers when it's Super Sentai who deserves the credit.

Go-Busters was the first Super-Sentai I watched after being a longtime fan of Power Rangers, and despite fandom not regarding it as a proper super-sentai (storywise) I was blown away. Very well written, amazing and intelligent villains (loved Escape's backstory and Enter on the final arc) awesome mechanical mechas (I agree with newageBoundhippie- I always preferred human built mechas instead of magical, always summonable, almost-always-ready-for-battle-each-episode zords) and memorable characters (gold and silver had amazing chemistry). I guess it wasn't adaptable to Saban's family friendly approach to Power Rangers because of the more mature theme of Go-Busters. But I loved it.

Rui Romao It wasn't adaptable because the ratings in Japan did't live up to Toei's (and Bandai's) expectations, so they would let Saban skip it in favour of the more successful Kyoryuger.

Seriously whenever Watchmojo does a top 10 power rangers list number 1 is almost always mighty morphin

The original megazord was my favie out of nostalgia. Mmpr deserves that respect of being on top of this list

The megazords stopped being cool to me when they started to go heavy on the CGI. but by that time anything after Lightspeed Rescue just wasn't that good to me

I actually agree. I tried really hard to do a power rangers marathon and managed to watch from season 1 right up until lost galaxy. Enjoyed them all (yes even turbo with Justin the worst power ranger) but I got to Lightspeed rescue and I couldn't make past the first 3 episodes. The villains sucked and I didn't like the zords or the characters. I will say I am disappointed the Shogun Megazords didnt even rate a mention on this list as they seriously looked the coolest out of all the zords before or after them. But I guess since they only appeared in a few episodes I guess I can understand
