Pound for Pound L21b is the king of the throwers!

I should be one of the testers for these products, my hobbies combined with my line of work I do , and a combination of a few other reasons . If these things can hold up to my life style, then it's a badass product, I go deep into the mountains and alot of times deep into unmarked cave systems doing mineral exploration . ( Digging crystals ) & ( precious metals )

Where's the Convoy L21B with SFT40? That's one of the best out there value wise. $37 usd with 2000 lumens and 1200m. The L21B with Osram CSLNM1 Green gets 1700m for $32. I feel like these videos should be based on reviews from 1lumen rather than the manufacturer's specs since quite a few can achieve way less.

It’s just like the “best pistol of 20__” videos that these types of channels make, where they are reading scripts written by folks who have no idea what any of the descriptions mean. And they always put on the horrible “News reporter” type voice and inflection and pointless dramatic enunciation.

The nebo high throw blue line one is foreal legit beam

I had the catapult mini it's a awesome little flashlight but I have not been able to properly field test it

too bad you got rid of it.

I love the metal button on the catapult mini I hate rubber buttons because eventually they do wear out always as of yet have not had any problems with metal buttons

LEP torches and LED throwers should not be compared in the same video. They are not in the same league. 2 very different light source platforms, different beam pattern and different use.

I bought an excellent and expensive flashligt that could handle a long throw. And it did - but I threw it so far down a sinkhole I can't find it anymore

I don't know why you didn't add the Imalent R90C, which beats all these flashlights! The R90C has a max beam distance of 1650 m at 20,000 lumens!

So is it an Olympic sport yet ?

If you're going to include LEPs in the long throw comparison, the JetBeam is rather pedestrian in comparison to the top LEPs out at publishing of this video, such as the WelTool W4 Pro or the Astrolux WP3. And long throw LEDs like the Acebeam K75 or the Lumintop BLF GT90 are nowhere to be found when they would obliterate everything on this list.

Damn batteries are expensive. Chargers don't last either. I must keep a backup battery in my pocket at all times.

I am a explorer and need the best and most reliable equipment because my life is on the line, I need lights that are bright with distance and can last for long periods of time, at most from dusk till dawn, I might need bright light until the sun can save me, I also need firearms that can be wet and in bad conditions and still operate, I need rounds that travel at high speed piercing even the most rough of armor. And I need clothing that can withstand the harsh environments and keep me warm while not weighing too much or restricting movement. And a vehicle that won’t go down due to emp of any type, must not require any electronics. The places I go and will go you need your brains and energy at max all the time and your equipment must always work, especially any heating devices and vehicles, some places you can not stay after dark.

MS18 is not meant for long range applications. It is a pure flooder and merely has been made to break lumen records.

I’d rather not have one on my lights.. takes up space, more openings for dust and water, less trustworthy than a standalone charger. Built in charging is a really a trend I’d prefer to see die. Also, you really think usbc isn’t gonna be replaced eventually? At that point, it’ll be like having a light with a mini USB port on it. No thanks.

I’m still waiting flashlight for 1 million lumens with AC cooling system.

Nebo lights are garbage, and there warranty is garbage as well. Bought one, loved it for 3 days and it just stopped working. Returned it, for a replacement. The replacement lasted 4 days. Junk.
