Something I noticed behind your Wii, I never knew they made Mega Man M.U.S.C.L.E. figures. I remember getting those little guys in the 80's. I no longer have any of them but, they were pretty fun to collect.

I just started modding my wii tonight. One of the biggest draws for me is the ability to pi-... Er, i mean, procure games in a much more financially sound manner.

Well, at least the Nintendo Games.

The dvd playback part isn't correct, You can only play dvds with wiimc on the early revisions of the console. I have 4 wii consoles (don't ask why), and I can only play dvd movies in the first console I got , which I bought on release day. The black wii with Gamecube controllers support can't play dvds, also the black wii with no gamecube controller support. I even have a white Wii with no dvd playback support. Just in case any of you download the app and can't play dvds on it, it's not an isolated case.

I have a black one w/gc ports that plays DVD. Pre- 2008. I have 12 Wii’s. I tell people I have a ‘Wii problem’.

I'm pretty sure Nintendo pays money for such a service and Its not worth it for them to keep servers going for low amounts of people but I could be wrong.@@paleskinnybones

triple comment, the only bad thing about the wii's FCEUX is that it runs at 59 FPS instead of 60.1, so if you speed run you are losing like 1.xx seconds per minute, otherwise it's great cuz you can use the fast forward option if you use a classic/gamecube controller to speed things up much more, just bad for speed runs :(

Using USB Loader GX on my Wii U, here’s what happened, I installed PriiLoader as it’s now compatible with the Wii U’s VWii, I then proceeded to turn on a few settings, including disabling deflicker, block online updates, Wii settings via options menu on VWii, etc. I then wanted to install Riivolution for Mario Kart Wii Deluxe, after that, I went back on USB Loader GX, all of a sudden all of the games on the menu ended up being visually buggy, any help would be highly appreciated because I tried to delete Riivolution and the files for Mario Kart Wii Deluxe (didn’t work), delete and redownload USB Loader GX (didn’t work), and turned off every PriiLoader setting I enabled (didn’t work)

So I have the homebrew channel and USB loader, but now it works with an SD card. I can find them games but my wiinote won't work and then the screen freezes any ideas? I'm using wbs files

After reading the comment again, I think your problem is USBLoaderGX settings. Make sure Wii games are checked to display, and that your USB hard drive is in the correct USB slot on the Wii. Yes it does matter which USB port is plugged in unless you have changed that setting.

I used to watch dvds on mine all of the time, and didn’t have that app..

For some reason, the only USB loadar that works on my Wii is the Configurable USB Loader

How did you achieve this quality on the Wii? Or was it just improvements to the video???

I'm personally nostalgic for NeoGamma.

You need to update some of your features on your Wii For instance, when you try to download cover art you don’t have the proper file all of your super Nintendo Nintendo and Game Boy emulators also, don’t have covers

Maybe you could call yourself TooterWii on Wednesdays.

my menuify is actually safe if you are smart enough to have priiloader and/or bootmii installed as boot2, most if not all bricks caused by it are fixable by going to the app again and removing the theme but theming your wii is literally the worst idea ever, the original look is good enough

Just was forced to jailbreak mine because i accedntally bought a japanese version of a game and couldnt play, couldnt be more glad

USB loader trumps wiiflow I’ve had so many issues with wiiflow I just uninstalled it and used usb loader 😂

Hacking the Wii was not fun. Bloody pain in the ass
