Namora stats were skewed by Eternal Ark featured location. I was playing it that entire day because it was so easy to win.

Was surprised to hear from Alex that it was a low sample size. Given that nutty "Win location with one card x10" weekly mission I would have expected people to flock to that deck.

like many other decks in this (and others) video unstapped is a very unreliable data font, just see phastos making couple lists just cause people are sloting him in already top decks to give the new card a try

@@matteo_001They probably should nerf Nocturne to 3/4 (although this would break the cool theme of scarlet witch + nightcrawler). At 3/4 she would still be good. 3/5 is a bit OP, so I agree they will nerf her at some point.

She’s definitely worth having

It’s frustrating when new cards come out, and everyone says they are so bad and not worth keys or tokens. And then a week or 2 passes. And now they are needed in every other top 10 deck. 😡

Some cards just have good effects on paper and when they do grab them hah, even if they aren't killing when they release cause everyone is running counters, and even if they are bad like ravonna on release they will be adjusted or age well as more cards release

Learn to make your own calculations. I knew Cannonball was going to be good. Despite what anyone said. I knew war Mach was gonna be bad.

The truly broken thing about progression in marvel snap is that Phastos turning out to be good actually makes me unhappy, because I was really relying on him being a safe skip week to catch up on keys.

Hey Alex!! I wanna seriously stress how good Phastos is inside a BARON ZEMO package. Replace cannonball and Doc Ock with Sersi and MockingBird! Reaon is you can Phastos/Abs man or Zemo/Abs man then Sersi. Your mocking bird is now free!

What can i sub for nocturne in the zoo deck?

Did the namora deck stats include the hot location day for eternals ark? They could Odin the namora and it was impossible to Shang or SK the single card locations on turn 6

I pulled a galactus with morph turn 3 what a insane card right now

Now, that I have Corvus, I can play Discard. But I decided to swap Black Knight for Ghost Rider. I rarely got a big Ebony Blade and the number of times, when Hela was discarded, was too damn high. With Ghost Rider, I at least have some chance, to bring Hela back, or maybe Blink, Infinaut or Jubs. I feel now the deck is more consistent.

I was planning on saving my keys this week. But now I am considering rolling for Phastos after seeing 3 of the top 10 decks this week featuring him.

According to most top players he is not very good. I think most decks here would perform just as well if not better without him. Surfer has so many other good cards and you really need to play him on turn 3 to get use.

Phastos is a weird one, because it never is bad to have him and drop him on 3, but it's also rarely necessary to have him and drop him on 3. It's a card that features in those decks today because it's new, and will probably be out of most of those same decks next week.

If you don't have a lot of resources, I don't think he's worth it. I have every card this month and I think he's the worst of then (even more than Makkari). Maybe if you don't have Corvus then go for it, but I would be very hesitant on going for Phastos

I think the number 2 and 1 decks were particularly strong during the last featured location and might be a bit weaker now than the ranking shows.

Namora is probably the easiest deck to counter under normal circumstances. The minute it becomes meta, things as basic as Green Goblin or Debrii can just kick it right back out of the meta.

Yep, I saw someone comment on KMBest video that they prefer Alex's tier list because he shows stats. Don't get me wrong, I love Alex, but this video is a prime example as to why you can't rely on stats to evaluate a meta or to make a decision what is the best deck. Namora really benefitted from the hot location, her stats are definitely go down. She is such a predictable card too that in a normal meta even if she has a high WR she will never have a high CR.

@@vivapr6136 He has stated in the comments here that he removed hot location data from his stats. I do question the validity of Untapped's data since many players (myself included) don't use it, but it's the best data anyone has available.

@@vivapr6136 i prefer the kmbest decks because they show decks that feature world class players playing at the highest level and as someone who has a relatively high rank myself (currently top 600) it's worth knowing what the meta and matchups look like for me personally. I don't think Alex is filtering for top 10% post infinite? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Love these videos every week even if I don’t always agree with the top decks. These spotlights are killing me. Why doesn’t Snap just allow us to pick a card/variant we want with the keys? I used to have almost every card but now Im missing a bunch because I don’t want to use my keys to get crap cards or pay 6000 tokens for a single card.

Still using basic destroy 😂 next month my destroy deck will get better. Plus having the new cards that just came out made it better then before.😂 Still like your videos.

Really tired of sage and or nocturne being required for most of the meta decks. Having not gotten them due to everyone saying they’re not necessary

I threw Phastos into zoo just for the weekend missions and I was surprised how well it was doing! My list has Nico, getting the draw off the Phastos, or turning him into a demon feels so nice. I climbed from rank 6k to 4k post infinite with it yesterday alone.

kx4n introduced me to PF Loki. Haven’t tried it yet but it’s 2 of my fave bases so I’m looking forward to it. Love seeing Evo on here after you shot it down. 😅

Tha depends on what your deck needs. Nocturne reliably shuts down Limbo to deny turn 7 combos, moves to give an additional play on a location. Or just stays put and plays head games with as a 3/5. Red Gaurdian shuts down engines like thena or Angela, ect. Before they get to strong, but can also fill in for kilmonger/enchantress to shut down set ups. It all really depends on what you're running and what your weakness is.

Would wolfsbane be a good alternative for sage?

i guess phastos is kinda worth getting?

Not really, unless you plan on running a deck that needs him. Just run hela, she doesn't need him.

I’ve swapped black cat for ghost rider and personally I’m having way more success with the deck.

Been seeing Pheonix Force Tribunal players more lately.. I feel like I lose every time.. I never expect the Tribunal.. and yet I don't think I've seen anyone talk about it.

This has been both the hardest and most boring season so far. It's just Woedin decks with Shaw in them and as someone who doesn't have a ton of key cards for other archetypes I'm stuck with Destroy who just can't put pace the power that it puts out or takes away. :(

Blocking junk/nuking Limbo. Junk is lethal to zoo, because it's already filling up so much. Jeff and Noct can deny a Goblin without locking down the location. Nocturne can also re roll a location that's good for your opponent, to something that's good for you.

Decks I am too poor to make. Sweet. This game makes me sad 99% of the time.

@@TheBlott2319 Not literally all of them, but most of them. Even the Zoo decks require S5 cards to function at a high level.

So I finally got Mockingbird and I thought: „Maybe I finally can make one of these top decks…”. Nope. Still missing more than two cards, from decks that run her. Imagine that. Card acquisition sucks in this game.

Too many new cards. I'd appreciate budget top 10. Right now I feel quite sad as F2P. I'm especially trigerred everytime I get 100 tokens from caches, that's a joke with 6000 price tag, not to mention zero drop rate of series 5 cards.

It's time to knock destroy down a peg. It's always there and always viable and always a high enough win percent. It's played by the chums who can't play other decks when they start to get beat and don't know what to do. It's a T1 smooth brain deck.
