the most helpful tip is to follow the embroidery set-up steps in the order that the machine requires. Having prompts will surely help.

Sara, I just smiled when you got to the part in the video when you said, 'Maybe you haven't had a change to become friends with your machine yet." No truer words were ever spoken. I went through all the new owner classes and still am not embracing my embroidery module on my 790 P yet. But now I am going to. Also really really appreciated the Mac computer tip, i was told to simply go out and buy an 'inexpensive computer' to use for my embroidery files..like just spending over 9,000 on a machine wasn't sticker shock enough. Thanks for this video, now I need to practice and become more familiar with Bella, my 790 P

excellent video! I just bought a 790 Crystal a couple of weeks ago and have been playing with the embroidery unit. I have a class on the embroidery next week and having watched your video and getting so many tips I feel much less stressed about the class.

I just bought a 570QE and got my module free with my machine and all of these tips were so useful! I love watching your videos and look forward to new ones.

I have a Bernina and the tip of enlarging the design and the machine changes the stitch count for me was the one that I thought wow. I always enlarged the design but very little.

RE: Which format. I have a 790+. I was told that in order to EDIT a design I need to download a design in ART format, make changes, then save as EXP to transfer and stitch. Thoughts ? Thank you for ALL your knowledge !!!! I would LOVE an answer to this :)

How do I find the stitch count or hours used on my Bernette 340 deco

I have 590 since januari nut to nervous to start Embroidery because I am not used to bernina (have expression3.5 Pfaff). What course do You recomend . I am Dutch so not native english

What about those times when the design incorporates a satin stitch? You would not want a straight stitch plate because there would be no room for the needle to go when doing that tight zigzag stitch.

I believe, in embroidery, the needle doesn't move side-to-side for satin stitch but the hoop itself moves side-to-side.

What is the best thread for my new machine, 770QE yes I'm ,waiting for it was hoping it would arrive for Chanukkah.
