@@ozzer8034 i think the story of slam dunk is better but the anime was a fat meh the pacing was as slow as a snail and thats what really ruined it the animation was on par with the ones on its era. Also kuroko was fast paced so i liked it way better and the animation and the op's were awesome.

To me, KNB is the best basketball anime. The story, characters, and games are just incredible. However, the final arc of Slam Dunk (not yet animated) is one of the greatest arc in all of manga

Remember this is my opinion: please dont be mad Kuroko is way good bc it was finished but slam dunk didn't finish the whole story both anime is funny and fun to watch but i prefer Kuroko no basket but if slam dunk realease another season with inter high i might change my mind

@@Kaneki-jl4oh Kuroko no basket is not really that great as anime. It is hype and characters have superpowers - it is something I also enjoyed more when I was younger. But slam dunk has better story and it is a classic.

I stop watching when i saw a guy shooting 3s full court with just a normal shooting form and other dudes making a formless/circus shots as their regular shots lol. People chose slamdunk because it is close to realistic basketball. Look at their appearances, their hairstyles, body frame, jerseys(NBA reference), Shoes (Air Jordans, Nike, Converse, Asics). They also featured NBA legends in the show. That's why Slamdunk made basketball popular in Japan that even NBA players Rui Hachimura and Yuta Watanabe inspired to play basketball because of it when they were a kid.

Also the author of slamdunk didn't like the animation that much because toie animation did not adapt the basketball scenes well Maybe try to read the manga if you want a great artworks
