I think the biggest animation error was when Connie was effected by Blue Diamond's pathokinesis after Lapis Lazuli came back.

@@dreamowner Not really. Yellow's electromagnetic disruption functions like the gem destabilizer, which Steven was partially immune to for being half human. When Connie fought White Diamond, White had to restrain her instead of brainwashing her. And when Connie fought Blue, she was the only one unaffected by Blue's ability, before Lapis came back.

I think what the main problem is, is that the Animation gets outsourced to South Korea, Vietnam, etc. combat "high costs." But, as someone who has worked with outsourcing companies, they are not cheaper and most of the time you have to do the work for them. I do think it would probably be cheaper to do the animation in house, due to all the cleanup that needs to be done. And the training to teach a group of people outside your studio, your ethics and pacing. When you could just hire a group of people in studio for cheaper costs/training. But, we all know that execs only look at the bottom line, and not everything as a whole. Also, I'm fairly certain that a ton of outsourcing companies lie about their productivity and non existent management/training/ giving your client any news about shifts inside the company. It seems to be a trend that I've noticed, and I for one am not a fan of outsourcing if I owned an animation studio. *End rant*

@dedede feedldee dee may i ask if youve worked on an animation studio before? storyboard artist are not responsible for drawing perfect "on model" characters in their storyboard.. the storyboard is merely used as guidelines for animators to place the character,props,backcrounds to a scene.the animators are usually given character sheets to make sure their characters are on model saying them doing their job "shittily" is very disrespectful considering how hard that job actually is

I’ve been part of theorising for the Steven corruption theory and it still shocked me immensely when it happened Great plan tho...I do think that a LOT of the video would be su future 😂😂😂😂

I actually don't think that's an error. I think it's just Spinel's character. She's based off of old cartoons and the rubber hose style. The eye thing was common in cartoons like that.

First you make a video on beyblade battles, and now this, I'm starting to like your channel more and more

I like how the narrator comes up with stories based on how gems can shapeshifter and stuff. It makes the video a lot funnier.

I don't think that Spinel's inverted gem at 4:05 is a mistake. I think that it was done to symbolise how Steven was starting to get through to her

the amount of times they switched garnet's gem cuts is astonishing. they consistently seem to forget that sapphire's gem is in garnet's right hand and ruby's gem is in garnet's left hand.

I have some questions about spinel. 1. How did she get to earth? 2. How did she know the location of earth, the universe is huge, even if she was in the same galaxy, the Mikey way galaxy is still huge, 3. Where did she get the giant injector? 4. Where did she get the device to turn garnet, amethyst and Pearl into their original forms, and why didn’t homeworld use that against the crystal gems. The war would be over and the great diamond authority would win the war a lot faster?

There is one in sworn to the sword where when Pearl drops on the floor with Connie and Steven in the frame, Connie has nothing on her face. But then a bandage appears on her check when she turns her head. Take a look!

There are 2 errors that was missed that I saw. 1: amethyst is the same color as pearl in Greg’s story flashback. 2: Steven’s pants raise up very quickly before fusing with amethyst

These are suggested by the fans. I don’t get how people haven’t gotten that yet.

One that I saw the first time was in fragments, during the Jasper fight, when he summons the wall, the star on his shirt becomes a diamond...

The animation mistakes are barely even noticeable, most of them only last a few frames and it’s a waste of time to fix mistakes that only appear for a few frames. Some of these “mistakes” aren’t even mistakes!

There’s another error in Change Your Mind. As Steven, the Diamonds, the Crystal Gems and Connie are lowered to the ground by the ship, there are three Connies in the scene. Two in the crowd, one on the ship.

Don't forget the many, many inconsistencies of how tall each character is between any given episode. "My mind is the Internet. I know every continuity mistake ever made on television."

I was hoping Bishmuth's missing pants would be on the list. I was not disappointed.

I actually saw that jaspers visor disappeared for one scene with it instead being broken, cool!

I saw bismuth pants disappear when the episode first aired and I laughed so hard xD

Animation error or not, Steven Universe is still the best damn near heart cartoon I've seen and these animation errors cannot take that away.

Before being pointed out I didn't notice these errors, but I did notice the Durian juice box and Connie's glasses disappearing and appearing in "An Indirect Kiss" when Steven heals her eyes and I find it annoying (only a little).

can we talk about how pink diamonds gem has too many facets to appear as having only 5 sides when it’s disguised as Rose Quartz gem?

I think that scene with Spinel’s heart is basically she wasn’t really an enemy anymore at that point so her heart went back to normal because Steven has shown her kindness despite being his enemy at the start. Spinel wanted to be friends with Steven so her heart moved back to normal but was still attacking Steven because of how frustrated she was for all of those years. Simply put she was happy to have made a new friend but while being depressed. If you notice, even though she is attacking Steven but all she really wanted was someone to be close to. Plus the ending she basically says well I definitely screwed up on making some new friends.

First off, 10 is just a Pin-drop in the Sea of Animation Mistakes this show has. Secondly, The Entire Show is an Animation Mistake.

There's also another mistake I found in the episode bubble buddies when the rock was falling to Connie Steven jumped to Connie and when the bubble showed up the book that Connie was holding disappeared

For the number 1 pick, I actually never noticed that before; I was more focused on Dr Maheswaran speaking to pay attention to Steven's shirt :P
