I just realized how much pain 2D is in because of Murdoc. He's been hit numerous times, verbally abused to near nothing, and both eyes near blind. He stutters a lot, which is often a sign of lack of attention (not being given time to talk and such).

I think plastic beach was truly the worst for them, however I think Murdoc is trying hard to redeem himself and I think the band is beginning to forgive him. Murdoc has been through some terrible shit too, just listen to pirate radio and read Rise of the Ogre. He was abused by his father and brother, bullied in school, and sexually assaulted when he was only 9 years old. None of that is an excuse for his behavior, but it makes me feel more like he has a bigger reason to support his redemption. I think deep down he really wants to break the cycle of abuse he received (and passed onto 2D) but he's terrible with emotions and communication, and is unsure how to go about making amends with the band.

I am very disappointed in this video and everyone who made those animations, everyone but one person actualy used one of gorillaz songs to go with the gorillaz animation. very disappointed. more disappointed than getting bad grades in the last four years of school, more disappointed than waking up and looking at myself in the mirror thinking, "wtf am I doing with my life".
