I hate people who say Mad Max Fury Road is a crap movie because it has little plot. Did Die Hard have a complicated plot? Did Alien have a complicated plot? Did Terminator have a complicated plot? It A. doesnt take place entirely in space (other planets arnt considered space. there planets). from what I remember, has little to no romance and/or love interest. Those are the main things that contribute to one. Gaurdians of the galaxy is a sci-fi action adventure that takes place on other worldy planets and involves little to no space. Dumbass

Raid 2 was probably the best action movie i have ever watched.

the raid films are among the best action films since hard boiled, only 10 people including myself saw it in theatres the night it premiered in corpus Christi and it was an experience I'll never forget, more people should be opened to foreign movies rather than letting Hollywood tell you what to see, the reason people didn't see this film is because they were watching captain America 2 and I loved that as well and it's one of the best Hollywood action films but the raid will truly deliver on ever note that an action film should.

I just have to say this, The action scenes in Guardians of the Galaxy were HORRIBLY shot

The majority of the action scenes were shot too closely or to shakily. Very little concern for spatial awareness. Which is also not helped by the movie's coke-binge pacing

Honestly, Winter Soldier should be higher than any of the marvel movies here, as it had the most realistic and fast-paced action of any of the marvel movies. Still mad that it's only an Honorable Mention whereas GotG was a good movie but the action was knowhere near as good as Winter Soldier.

Well if I compare them movie to movie Winter Soldier definitely wins. But if I compare action to action I give it to John Wick. I freaking love both of these movies but John Wick is more ruthless killer of beautiful choreography and Winter Soldier is more perfectly balanced masterpiece with great choreography as well as heart and purpose.

The Edge of Tommorow was so underrated. Definitely one of the best sci-fi movies of the decade.

The Raid is one of the best action movies I've seen in a lifetime. Absolutely brutal.

There was still action in The Dark Knight Rises, did people forget when he fought Bane twice, when we had that big crashing the plane sequence, when Banes mercernaries fought the cops on the street. When Batman was chasing the thugs on the bikes ect.

Where's Infinity war bruh??

I love that you put the Dark knight Rises in there. It's extremely underrated in my opinion. Literally, people think it isn't very good.

i prefer Mad Max too, but I'd say Dark Knight is pretty close : i prefer the action of Mad Max, barely no CGI, but the story and characters of Dark Knight are more developped, although Mad Max don't need such development

Come on, no 'The Raid 2'?!?! That movie made everything we love about the first raid amazing again and stepped it up a notch on every level as well. Deserves at least a top 5 stop, let alone an honourable mention

I didn't expected much from The Raid:Redemption and John Wick, but holy shit I was wrong. And Fury Road is probably the best action movie I've seen so far in my entire life.

Also, Spectre looks like it's going to be a good movie! Me and my dad love Bond movies, I'm really hoping it is.

While Guardians of the Galaxy is awesome, I think Captain America: Winter Soldier should be in it's place and Guardians being a honorable mention. Mad Max was pretty weird but I can't lie, the action was awesome.

A very nice list! Wish Kick Ass had made it on, but that's okay :) all these movies are great, well done. LOVE the gore of Raid. Sometimes you just gotta watch something that squeemish ;)

Now you have to revise for Infinity War, Parabellium and End Game (the end fight makes it one of the best action movies ever) and at least honorably mention Deadpool.

Hell yeah mad max. I think Xmen days of future past deserves an honorable mention along with robocop, dawn of the planet of the apes, star trek into darkness, and django unchained.

Never seen John Wick or The Raid, but I'm definitely taking a look at them on Blu-Ray Amazon ...😁👌

I hope this list is a pure action only. . 1. Mad Max Fury Road (Welcome back Mad Max franchise) 2. Mission Impossible Rogue Nation (best of the franchise proving there's a franchise that's getting better & better) 3. Kingsman (unexpectedly standout action film; church scene!!!!) 4. Skyfall (a comeback of Sam Mendes) 5. The Raid 2 (perfect combination of art, gore & action; The godfather part 2 plus The Departed) 6. John WIck (unexpected awesome) 7. Fast FIve (best of franchise) 8. Edge of Tommorow (action version of source code) 9. Dredd (so underrated) 10.
