I’ve never seen a air compressor and generator and welder make together , that’s a great idea

Thank you both for taking the time to show us around a bit . I'm a farmer out here in Eastern Washington state. I don't think you ever get things set up completely because it's always changing. My service truck has changed every year lol. It's wonderful to meet you both and I haven't missed an episode yet . Hoping this year to get my channel up and running ( maybe ) . Take care ,God bless. And we will see you around the farm

Something to think about adding to the truck this winter is water. Something many people have is a water jug or even the water tank part of a yard sprayer (without the sprayer and wheels part) along with a chunk of garden hose and maybe a small electric pump. Something to use when using the welder or torch in the field or on combine. Spray down area first before cutting/welding and also good for washing hands after.

I ran equipment my whole life and when I work for my grandfather we just had a little tool kit we would throw in a pickup and we lugged 5gal cans of fuel to our excavator or dozer on site and maybe it was because we did a ton of PM or the preferred system of moving our equipment back to the shop whenever possible but that worked for us, I left to work at a big outfit who had a service truck much like yours but equipped with a skid to change oil and hydraulic fluid and a tank for waste oil and man that thing really was a game changer! Sure working on stuff outdoors can suck but when you have everything you’ll ever need or want for repair work packed into something as small as an F550 not much can stop you:) You guys would love my old boss’s sister companies service truck, Kenworth 10 wheeler with all the bells and whistles, just saying if you need an idea for tax purposes………..

Thanks for the truck tour. Oddly enough I spent most of the weekend up to now looking online for service truck info and tours. I was debating something similar with a mid size fuel tank in front of the service body like yourselves and Tony Fast (Fast Ag Montana) have done or just going with a fuel trailer and keeping all the fuel/lube/def on the trailer - still undecided. Lots of pluses with fuel and service all on one truck with the only downsides being extra wheelbase and weight.

Hello ! You have a great farm workshop and a service car, but the presentation of the contents of this dark tool cabinet would be a really interesting tour, I have also worked with tractors in agriculture and as a grader driver in a road maintenance company. Now retired for half a year, I also have a large collection of tools, I love good tools, I keep my car maintained and repairing a lot of time and money. If I lived closer to you, sometimes during the busy season I would come to help you if needed, good luck to you, God save America!

Twenty years ago i wasn't going to mechanic ever again. But as a 40 year equipment operator i always had to mechanic. For the last 15 years i ended up buying tools every pay check. Even just a hundred dollars a check. Because employers can never buy whats needed or hide the tools. But i also know about disappearing tools and broken tools that get put away broken hoping i don't find out. If they get put away. Thing is they are never put back in same place. Not 2 inches away. Same place for a reason. You know where it is suppose to be but moved is lost in large tool box. Tools are put away even just changing wrench or socket. It really is quicker in the long run. Plus it doesn't get forgotten or lost. It doesn't matter if coming right back or keep working in morning. Putting away is a must no exception. Or wrath. Your call. No you can't get it for me. What are you moving to get what i need. You just misplaced something else. You spend 60,000 on tools then search for them or find them broken. Not cool. Pay a mechanic or buy your own or claim your dirt. You touch my tools you could lose a friend. I quit jobs.
