Hallo MELA, was soll ich bei Dir noch groß schreiben? All die positiven Kommentare haben bereits alles ausgedrückt! Du hast dieses Projekt wieder einmal hervorragend ausgeführt. Deine Werkzeugkiste ist sehr nützlich und auch praktisch. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich Deine Eigenbau- "Zinken-Vorrichtung". Wie schon von anderen Usern erwähnt, hast Du in diesem Video wieder besonders schöne Momente eingesetzt. Ein sehr lehrreiches und hervorragend gemachtes Video! Und was ich auch sehr schön finde, ist daß Du etwas mehr von Dir selbst zeigst und gelegentlich auch sprichst. Guten Abend Mela. Deine Vorlage ist großartig. Ich muss es zeichnen, um es schaffen zu können. Ich habe viele Schubladen auf meiner Werkbank. Es wird mir sehr nützlich sein. Jedes Mal, wenn ich deine Videos ansehe, lächle ich. Es gibt immer eine kleine poetische Note: der Staub, der im Licht fliegt, das Insekt auf dem Träger der Maschine ... Niiiice work! Hard to tell for sure, but looks like your saw blade is "ABT" (alternate bevel tooth). If you try an FTG (flat top grind), you won't have all that work cleaning up the bottoms of the box joint. Made a world of difference for mine!

@Mela: Kannst du die Vorrichtung etwas genauer erklären. Muss keine kompl. Nachbau-Video werden. Vielleicht ein Short, wo du die Funktionen etwas detailierter beschreibst? Das wäre super.

The idea is from “woodfather” as mentioned in the video description. I recreated the jig based on his video. In the end it is very simple and you can see all the details in my video. The pin (the nail) must have the same thickness as the saw blade - you have to pay attention to that.
