    They should get a dentist's opinion on it. I'm a dental student, and what I found weird about their ad is they say it exercises your neck muscles as well. They never stated what muscle, and there's only 4 muscles of mastication. Temporalis, masseter, medial pterygoid, and lateral pterygoid. None of those muscles are in the neck.

    Josh Alfonso : Also the fascia that this uses your front teeth and not your the teeth in that back of your mouth that are meant to handle more pressure and chewing. So possibly over time this could damage teeth in the front. Also everyone that is claiming this works, they don’t seem to be thinking long term, it’s like sure knock off Invisalign brands may work, but they can cause Jaw structure and other facial damage long term.

    I can't believe these 'doctors' didn't mention something as simple as working the masseter muscle this much with excess resistance can lead to pertinent damage or bone damage within the jaw and neck. Not to mention all the dental complications that come from abnormal resistance while biting down on plastics.

  • @joecascio2073
    @joecascio2073 Жыл бұрын

    Here’s the straight to the point answer. The product WORKS!! Use common sense with it when you exercise your jaw. Don’t bite down like you’re trying to break a chain. I did 10 fast lighter bites, 20 quick bites then 10 slightly harder bites but held each bite for 10 seconds. Put it away. Start off slowly and build up to YOUR LEVEL. Everyone’s routine will and should be customized to their abilities. I saw and felt results. After a month or so I just do it occasionally to maintain.

We got supposed to put it on boiling water each time before using it, or just the first time to mold it to your teeth? I’ve been using jawsersise for 20 min every other day for about 5 months and it made my face fuller, not necessarily in my jaw either I noticed a lot in my front cheeks, it works but unfortunately for me it made one side slightly bigger than the other, in a noticeable way. Now I’m going to try angling it so to work out the weak side more and hopefully that helps.

    BessFilms of course it works you paid for it because you wanted it to work so in your mind it's working. Not saying it doesn't work anyway but it might not work in the most effective or helpful and could be doing more harm than good. I mean they are medical doctors who have expertise and this is just a product that clearly states they haven't tested it.

    Every time I see their ad popup on youtube I get soooo angry! I have an issue with clenching my jaw that causes severe headaches, excess wear on teeth, tooth pain, and I have woken up a few times with my jaw stuck in a position that I could not move out of for an hour. I now have a bite plane, create by my densit to fit my teeth thats i wear at night. My dentist said that my muscles are actually over stimulated from clenching my teeth and that when my jaw wont close that I should eat SOFT foods for a few days..... I feel like the Jawersize device could cause TMJ, move your jaw to develop an under-bite, push your teeth forward and is a possible choking hazard.
