When you’re an addict or an alcoholic one of the most important things to do is focus on the day you’re in. I can’t accomplish any of my long term goals without accomplishing everything planned for that very day. Also, when in alcoholism or addiction I think it’s important to stay away from promises cause in that situation it’s likely you have broken a ton of them already. Let actions speak for themselves and focus on things done not things that will be done hopefully.

What I like about Doctor Mike is that, he embraced his insecurities and grow out of it, he didn't become conceited when he became very popular. He's just himself. He's like, "Yeah, I'm a pretty boy, now what? I know I'm hot but I'm more than that and I have the goods to back it up" in the most humble way. He's not afraid to get personal, be open and be relatable with people. I think I'll still be intimidated if ever I meet him in person but it will not take long to warm up with him because he's very approachable and friendly.
