A few months ago we met our friends from ‪@CordialCables‬ and were introduced to the Blacklight edition Cables. It would look so cool in a TOOL live show was the immediate thought.
So we got ‪@lemmeuk‬ Andreas Kümmert, Alex Lofoko as well as producer and drummer Tony Tyrone to rip through Tool’s Parabola to show you how cool the Blacklight Cables can look in a live or video shoot setting.
We are extremely happy with the results of our first recording with the SIB Systems drum mics.
The SIB-RK1 Rocket One Microphone on the toms really bring that warm fat low end out.

The SIB-RK2 Rocket Two left us speechless. It is our favourite Snare Drum microphone so far.

It’s almost as if it does the job of a dynamic as well as a condenser microphone. Showing us those rich overtones without being ringy. A drummers dream !
Also we had 2 more new comers to our set up, the UT Twin87 on vocals and the UT FET47 as front mic for the bass drum. They performed splendid and are a must in our studio from now on !
