Get used to not knowing the meaning to the songs. Maynard writes songs in a way that people can interpret in different ways.

The song is talking about how holding onto negative energies or holding onto a grudge against someone can essentially end up hurting you more than the person that you are grudging against in the end

Its about the titan kronos and his children. He was so jealous he consumed them and his children couldnt die so they sat in his stomach like a Stone and eventually kronos had to spew em out or let them go. Maynard simply made the comparison to every day bullshit that you let bother you. Give away the stone and let saturn do its work on you or, you can keep sinking and sinking deeper and deeper

Lipan Conjuring is the first part of that trio. It’s when he takes the DMT. The Lipan were a band of Commanche Indians.
