Yea yes I got Sony AGAIN 🙈🔫
Will be testing my newly acquired Sony FX3 VS my Blackmagic stuff although not sure who for as I already tested a ZVE1 previously which in 10bit modes is the same thing but in case someone wonders how these cameras stack up - I will turn some content up.
So far I am just reqlly happy I can take the camera with me a lot more and a camera that can actually shoot astro stuff 👌
Will see you never know ir might be a keeper 👀

which one would you pick ? Im just thinking about changing to Fx3 (but I have A7s3 😂

@@supermortalonly would take fx3 if was doing more travel for the weight compared to a7s3 but then might as well get a zve1 even lighter and half the price
yes, a comparison with the BMPCC6K would be good. I am always wondering what I am missing out when I have not been in the BM camp. haha

As great as this looks, I think the black magic still has better skin tones. Just something about them black magic skin tones that Sony or other companies can't replicate except Arri or something above.

No. The fact that you put Arri and Blackmagic in the same league says you didn’t really use both. But in reality they ALL can be matched. Sony has more filmic tones and blackmagic depends on the model. 6kpro / Ursa g2 are more better more like sony’s and Full Frame and Pixys more like panasonic (not Arri - PANASONIC). Arri is in close fight with the Venice now for the best colour and dynamic range out of the box, Sony has better ISO and frame rates.

@@CINENIMUS Sony has a green tint to the skin that you have to mess with color grading to get out, I use the Sony Iv at work and the black magic 6k pro. With a rec709 the black instantly looks great on skin tones. I also recently have used the Panasonic s5iix and the skin tones remind me more of Sony although slightly better. Either way had to work to try and match the Panasonic to the black for a testimonial video and still didn’t quite get it matched or as good looking. You’re saying the black magic full frame looks worse than the pro? Or?
