Why are people so surprised about his success? He has been writing op-eds in newspapers which aspirants read. His foundation must be really strong, including answer writing and optional subject (economics). He already has a great tab over current affairs so it's not as surprising or lie as people are making it out to be.

He is the topper of cbse in 2014 with highest marks ever in history thats 99.6% and I still remember my aunt comparing him n scolding my cousin for scoring less 😂😂

7 months were enough for him. 1. He writes in op-ed hence answer writing is complete. 2. Optional subject ie Economics 3. GS3 economics part 4. Current affairs. He works at World Bank 5. Interview. He's exposed to world way more than other aspirants That's enough

I don't understand why so much criticism! This man is well deserving to be where he is. He didn't get into Oxford using his sources. He got in with his hard work. Similarly he cracked UPSC with hardwork. Not with money or sources. Stop criticising people simply because they're from a different background. Your goal is same as his. I think the fact that he takes things light with all his Hardwork and efforts put together makes us believe how possible all the things can turn out. From being a CBSE topper with 99.6% with BA in economics from Shriram school of commerce and M. Phil and interns at World Bank are all his past records. But as fate and his vision had something more. Why would People criticize him? Its a proud thing that we have such kids in our country who can score such numbers. See where he's today. People didn't criticized him, they trolled him. There's a difference between criticizing and trolling.

I am so inspired by him.He is the only topper who addressed this mass hysteria around upsc toppers and upsc in general.Love how he said there are ample oppurtunities in today's world and one can contribute to the society in multiple ways.It's such a liberating piece of advice from a topper.Really looking forward to witness his journey ahead in the bureaucracy and society in general.All the very best Sarthak.

I mean he spoke what I've been feeling but thought that I was wrong in thinking so, in my 1st attempt I didn't care about the UPSC air that has been created I just loved watching news and all and that was according to me my best prelims till now I missed cut-off by 3 numbers. Now, I gave my 3rd attempt with lots of pressure still it was not as good as the first. Pressure and the UPSC air that coaching centres create is actually a hindrance. I'll keep this in mind this time and hopefully clear this time.

Let's wait for someone who will say it took him/her just 4 months to clear UPSC. And who knows we might have another who will say "It's all in the mindset, I have cleared UPSC without studying".

Please don't fool serious aspirant everybody knows upsc required both hardwork and intelligence.It syllabus is not a school syllabus which u can cover in 7 months.it needs revision also.You have achieved success really inspiring but don't make these statements that only 7 month is enough for UPSC.

His degree was in economics which is one of the pillar of upsc.

@@warriorsamurai7775 7 months isn’t enough to cover entire GS adding current affairs to it of 15 months plus answer writing practice. Also the books shown in the video were of no relevance to UPSC, Its a naive lie.

@@ramjhasahab9923 except he didn't start reading current affairs only for upsc. He has been reading and now writing op-eds in newspapers that aspirants read. Do you really think his grasp of GS is a joke? He has prepared his foundation over so many years.

@@shantanuprabhat1033 arey bhai Raghuram Rajan upsc k sare topics pe oped likhta hai kya ??? Awareness is a diff thing. If we lacked on awareness about daily newspapers it was our shame and not his superachievement. Nowadays children read Hindu daily. Newspaper doesn't come only for upsc aspirants.
