Nice. I also can sleep like very fast. I called it a Power Nap. You need to relax the muscles in your body , clear your mind, and take 1-3 deep breaths, then your should fall asleep. I practice this when I had to take a train downtown for college. I would sleep for 5-15+ minutes, until I need to get off the train or waiting for my next classes. I still use it, just so I don't forget how to do it. It really comes in handy, especially when you get older and busy. Also the best part I can fall asleep standing up, if course you need to make sure something is supporting you first. Like a corner or holding on to something.

What is this magnificent gift?! Teach me your ways of falling asleep faster!!! I fall asleep at 3AM and wake up at 6AM to get ready for school!

an actually do this myself, but you have to let yourself fully relax. I don't fully fall asleep but it's a deep relaxation that when you do "awake" you are re-energized and able to focus.
