Almost forgot Saw Tony again last year at The Sydney Opera House April 2012 the week before my daughter's wedding He just gets better with age Tony doesn't age,he matures!

The same feeling I got the first time I hear Tony .... in Chicago ..through the radio ...singing Because of You. Eisenhower was in office then. We are so lucky to have this voice and heart among us.

I saw him in Stockholm. Still seeing and hearing him.

A true music legend!

Mr Tony Bennett, the man is a class act, a truly fabulous singer, so much so that Frank Sinatra claimed he was the greatest singer out there, but above that a wonderful man, warm, sincere and genuine, to still be performing at this age is a testament not only to his longevity but also to his unique place in the pantheon of popular music.

Luckily I was there, we had met earlier in the year and talked about painting, he bought one of my friend's works. Impeccable taste in all things.

Age is only a number.

What a showman ! What a voice and what swing! At 85 he is in incredible form and still looking good , and it's evident he was having fun and was happy to be at The Palladium. And an amazing band giving him solid support. Great concert.
