I picked up this Tonka Clutch Popper at a 2nd hand store for 50 cents because its of a fairly interesting car, a mid-70's Chevy Chevelle or Malibu. Come to find out its a broken Tonka Clutch Popper, a car you push forward, it energizes a spinning flywheel, you set it down, it sits there, you press the button and it engages the rear wheels and away you go. Well, this car doesn't do that anymore...can we fix it?
