    8:45 - A variation on the spit-take #140. Pro dog 🐕 trainer! Excellent drills. Now if only I could get my students to do them the way you do them! I'm forwarding this to them to show them it is good to practice with just the neck. So much can be learned with just the mouthpiece and mouthpiece/neck.

    Hi Jamie, for flute it is easy to use double tonguing (da-ga-da-ga). Reed instruments dont work that way, the second note does not sound same.

    Should we be increasing speed or double tonguing? Or both, depending on if we're playing Boots Randolph or not. (Double tonguing is HARD!).

    Em, they’re just normal triplets. If you understand triplets then you understand bars 2 and 8! 😂

    Hi I play soprano for 1.5 years never did the tounging yet in a song.I wonder do we use tounging in any song ballads,jazz ,blues .and how will we know to use tounging?thanks a lot

    @@GetYourSaxTogether The last Saxophone teacher on YT I told the same thing banned me immediately without saying a word. Thanks for not only not doing that, but actually giving some correspondence about it. I actually did not intend this to be some sort of test or anything...it's just how I feel about such things. But...after actually getting a reply, well, I can't deny a certain twinge at my soul about this now. If I do end up signing up, I'll use an actual email. Still rather would have a better venue for these things. It's not a 'just you' thing after all, it's very common. Maybe even 'industry standard'. But yeah I'm waffling now, thanks for having taken the time to even acknowledge this.

    Whats with the thumbnail you barking for chicom lamps? Shame bro, shame. I can think of little less boring than these articulation exercises. And BTW teachers...this is student repellent, like long tones LOL. Way funner ways to learn/teach articulation, AND good tone!
