TONGUE BIOPSY | MOUTH CANCER
In today's video you will follow a tongue Incisional Biopsy surgery. This procedure aims to remove a part of healthy tissue and part of the lesion to send the analysis to be diagnosed.
The patient had already had the lesion for 3 months, a warty lesion that caused pain and discomfort. After 21 days, the patient returned with the diagnosis of a malignant lesion, a squamous cell tumor of the tongue.
The patient was referred to the head and neck surgeon for further treatment.

Dr, o senhor só descreveu a lesão e enviou para analise, ou o carcinoma já era uma hipotese diagnóstica? Queria saber se clinicamente essa lesão ja tinha traços do diagnóstico ou não
