    Oh my GOD when i started to do the second round of deadlifts and tucked my chin into my chest i looked down and saw a CENTIPEDE in the middle of my sports bra and almost DIED from dropping my weights so fast ahhhhhhh whyyyyy

    Been following these workouts since about the beginning of my state’s lockdown. They are easy to follow, short sessions that are challenging but definitely do-able.     I loved this workout!!! I was able to follow along really easily and for the first time I was able to do slow but controlled movements. In other fitness videos the instructor usually goes at such a fast pace that it discourages me and I end up doing the workout very sloppy. I feel great after doing this one!

    I have been loving your workouts! When the gyms closed I had pretty much decided that I was taking an indefinite hiatus from exercise but I found your videos and I'm so grateful, because I actually think I've gained some strength and endurance in the past 6 weeks.     Your workouts have been a life saver during the pandemic. I plan to stick with you afterward, as I've replaced my gym routine at this point. This particular workout gets my heart rate up and gives a great mix of cardio and 'fat burn' zones. I'd love more with the booty band, or other resistance bands, since that's one of the few pieces of equipment I have at home. Dumbells are coming soon!

    Thank you MadFit, once again this was a fantastic workout. The best thing about Madfit is 1. Your positive encouraging attitude and 2. Your explanation/little tidbits that greatly help. Can you please make some workouts where it is not 10-how many reps -> next movement and then 10. Balance/stability is a greatly important ability to have and like in this video, a lounge to a high knee is much harder than 10 lounges THEN 10 high knees.
