Excellent review, thank you both. I bought a 514ce last March and love it (it’s still getting more play than my d28 well after the honeymoon phase). I’m thinking of buying a 722ce this year, and I was so pleased to see these together!

The 514ce in person has a loud, woody tone that is totally different than Taylor’s normal bottom end. It’s just a stunner. Martin fans take notice.

I really appreciated when he asked to swap the guitar because of the different touch. Thanks for the video. Taylor are pieces of beauty

Well good for you. I bought a old cassette player and it sounds better than a Gibson. Point is. Who cares? You probably favorited your own post too.

@@teleguy5699 no people are sick to death of Gibson and more and more aren't playing them and many have gone to Epiphone like myself I kicked Gibson to the Curb back in 2019 when the new owner restored Epiphone back to top professional quality guitars..Epiphone stomped Gibson into the dirt back in the good ol days and guess what they're doing it again it's called full circle..and yes my $729 Gretche sounds and feels better than the Taylor's I played..

@@teleguy5699 today price has nothing to do with quality that hasn't been true for at least a decade now majority of the overseas made guitars are just as good and even better than a American made guitars welcome to the 21st century 😀

@@mr.astrophysics9115 To you it does and that's all that matters. To you. The point I was making is, exaggerating that I found a cassette player to be better sounding than brand X. It's all subjective and useless to mention unless sowing doubt into people's brain is your goal. We all like what we like.
